  1. If you're having charging issues, please make sure you seat the transmitter completely into the receiver, otherwise the transmitter will not charge. For more details, see this article: Relay G10 FAQ We have designed the G10 transmitter to fit into almost any guitar. However, we anticipate that there will be some rare cases where the transmitter does not fit into a given guitar. If the G10 transmitter is inserted into your guitar and the transmitter's actuator pin is not engaged, the transmitter will not turn on, and the LED on the transmitter will not light up. In some rare cases, the guitar’s active electronics are wired with inverse polarity. In this scenario, the transmitter's electronics can go into a protection mode that keeps the system from being functional. This is evidenced by no output from the G10, even though the transmitter's light is on. We have found that a workaround to both of these issues is to use a mono-to-mono (TS-TS) Male to Female adaptor.     2.12 FX Block issues

    Interestingly, I was building brand new Presets from scratch. I figured it was time for a new sound journey. Situation now occurring; 1) Setup patch with multiple FX blocks assigned to on footswitch in latch mode 2) Activate group by stomping on footswitch and the foot switch ring is lit 3) De-activate group, footswitch ring is not lit, but every block icon assigned is now still showing as active even though they are not 4) At this point no FX blocks show the proper state even though every FX block is working in the PA system as I play I checked every Pre-set and though it was a problem with the song list so I use a different song list and now same problem. So I use the trusty FS10+FS11 and no change. FS9+FS10 - rebuild and still problem. Thoughts? Dennis
  3. Hello, Yesterday I received my new Line 6 Amplifi 150. In order to connect to the amp with Android I performed the update of Amplifi to version 2.1. After the installation the Tone button doesn't light anymore. Today I went back to the shop en traded with a new Amplifi 150 because I thought it was a hardware fault. But again after installing version 2.1, there is no light on the Tone knob. Am I the only one here? kind regards, Chris
  4. Recently I upgraded computer systems, switching from a desktop Windows XP to a laptop Windows 8. Everything always worked fine on my XP, and everything has been working great during my time with this Windows 8. But the one difference is now the "CLIP" light is always on on the Pod. So... Why is this happening? And should I be concerned about it? (if the answer to 2. is yes) How can I fix it? Thanks for any help.
  5. Ok. Just bought a DT25 head and cab. Brought it home, hooked it up to my 500x via xlr cable. Every thing seems to be working correctly. Sounds great etc. but... The red power light doesn't light up. Never did! I would think that it's just the bulb. How easy is this to replace? Is this done by unscrewing the knurled light cover from the front, or do you have to go in from the back of the amp. I can't take it back to the shop as I live miles away and was only able to get there due to a friend giving me a lift. Thanks for any information.
