I have a ux8 that I bought probably about 4-5 years ago that I used mainly for recording drums. I have not used it though in about 1 1/2 - 2 years and it seems like there is a problem with the power. When I first plugged in the power cable and usb and hit the power button nothing lit up. After I hit the power button a couple of times it finally lit up but my computer would not recognize anything on the usb port. First I tried with an old p.c. someone had given me that still has windows xp on it and I had too many problems, not only with the power but also with the usb port recognizing it and with monkey not downloading and installing the drivers properly. So then I decided to instead try my mac and install everything and tried it on there but the drivers still will not download properly or at least monkey keeps saying that I need to DL new drivers or there is a little yellow triangle with a !. But the power is really what seems to be more of the problem. Most of the time it does not turn on or at least the 2 gauges do not light up and the 2 different times they did light up when I hit the power button the 2 lights did not turn off??? Did not matter how many times I hit the power button they would either not turn on at all or the 2 different times they did turn on when hitting the power button, would not turn off. I'm stumped.

Hi there Line6 Community, I'm having a first time issue with my Line 6 LD175 Bass Amp. I've owned now 2nd hand for 4 Years with Zero issues when last night at rehearsal it started making a popping sound randomly (for 20 seconds) then it shut down. When you turn the unit back on it quickly cycles, flickers then the LED's go out. The amp doesn't produce any sound or anything (just the odd crack or pop). I pulled the chassis out just to have a quick look to see if it was something obvious but I couldn't see anything other than I noticed when you power the unit it and it goes out the Transformer starts making a loud continuous hum? Could it need a transformer replacement? I've factory rebooted it with zero success. I uploaded a quick 30 second video to show you. Any guru's out there who can pinpoint the issue or suggest the problem would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

Well as if my day wasn't already something I had hoped to hose off the bottom of my shoe, my attempt to break away from an already costly day into some ROCK was just upset greatly by my M9 not powering up. I have not tried another adapter but I can feel the transformer getting hot on the one I have so I believe it is at least getting power. And I also read some other posts about M9's being finicky about only liking Line 6 power sources? Anyone? Gigs on the horizon - I need to expedite this, if it turns out to not be the power supply, which given my day thus far, I'm afraid I'm low on faith, so what's the drill for getting this thing repaired? Thanks! Tommy www.dirtyblackflannel.com

Hi! I have a simple question that I hope someone can answer for me. I just need a sanity check before sending my Pod HD Pro back to the store. The problem is that when I connect my jtv-89 to my Pod HD Pro using variax interface I get no power to the guitar. Using the battery with the guitar works fine and when I connect the guitar to a Pod X3 Pro (using variax interface), it also works fine. So, are there any special settings on the Pod HD that I need to set or something? I couldn't find any information regarding this in the manual but I just want to make sure I'm not missing something obvious. And yes, I've set input to variax. Thanks! / Mattias

I just got myself a mesa boogie 50/50, I'm trying to get my pod x3 live set up with it but i don't get volume! When I try to set it up, i have to put everything to max level and it becomes incontrolable and it still not as lound as it should be! The other guitar player in my band as the same power amp but he uses a old Boss gx 700 and he gets twice the power and so mutch more bottom. I'm so close to selling my pod, I loved it when I played with a solide states amp, but does it have the muscle to drive a power amp? Please help me out. I already tried a lots of thing....nothing gives me power! Seb.

I bought a POD HD PRO just over a week ago, and have been using it without any problems until today, whilst playing through it. The screen dimmed slightly, before turning off completely. I have since tried different power cables, different sockets, different rooms, but it's still lifeless. I'm going on tour in a week and was planning on using this as part of my rig so I'm in a bit of a bad situation here. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
