So I'm using the Pod Go only as Audio interface and after 2 hours use it suddently all power goes out and it won't boot back up, checked the power supply (works fine) tried another power supply that works (Still no boot). Unit wasn't hot (Warm around the LCD display but not hot at all). Anyone else had this issue? Had the Go since Dec 2021 and I love it but surely it should last longer than 2.2 years? Don't gig with it just home recording use. Can't factory reset or anything and have checked the power switch which is working fine. No user replaceable parts inside I suppose, so what now? Any advice on a fix?

A Catalyst may seem "dead" if a firmware update fails to complete itself. If the Catalyst fails to update: Power down the amp and close the Updater app. Open the Updater again, then power up the Catalyst while holding A and B to put the unit into bootloader mode. You will then need to manually select the correct Catalyst product from three choices presented by the Updater. Select the latest firmware version, then accept the Terms and Conditions. After the update is complete, power down your Catalyst amplifier, then “RESET” the amplifier by holding down the “B” and “MANUAL” channel buttons while turning the power switch back on.

So, I´ve seen plenty of posts here of people having a "dead helix" after trying to update it, so I guess it just was my turn. I recently realized that I´ve never updated the firmware in my helix, and was gona do that. In the updating process I suddenly just got an error in the line 6 updater, telling me to restart the helix and try again. But it doesnt seem like anything helps. The helix is just flashing on the led screen between the helix logo, and the helix rack logo, for some reason. I have a Helix floor so thats kind of weird. I did go through the checklist that is provided in the line 6 updater as well. After searching through forums on the internet, i´m apparently not the only one who has had this problem. I tried all the hotkey commands on start up, while holding down buttons, and none of them seem to help either. Only when i try to start it up in safe mode, the screen is not flashing, and there is no logo there. Anyway, would love to get some help.

So here's the story so far: I've had a 89 for a year now and few months ago I couldn't use the modeling sounds because pushing the modeling knob didn't activate the modeling mode anymore. Naturally I returned the guitar back to my dealer and got it back today and it worked for an hour or so but now it's dead again. I checked the information on what they had done and it said they had only reattached the knob. So long story short, how do I reattach the damn thing? or do I send the guitar back again?

Well as if my day wasn't already something I had hoped to hose off the bottom of my shoe, my attempt to break away from an already costly day into some ROCK was just upset greatly by my M9 not powering up. I have not tried another adapter but I can feel the transformer getting hot on the one I have so I believe it is at least getting power. And I also read some other posts about M9's being finicky about only liking Line 6 power sources? Anyone? Gigs on the horizon - I need to expedite this, if it turns out to not be the power supply, which given my day thus far, I'm afraid I'm low on faith, so what's the drill for getting this thing repaired? Thanks! Tommy www.dirtyblackflannel.com

Hi, My pocket Pod has stopped working. The display is completely dead and so is the led-light. When I connect a cable to the guitar-in-input I only hear a loud noise (*BZZZZZZZZZ*) in my headphones. I have tried both batteries and adapter as power source with same result. Does anyone have an idea whats wrong? Thanks for the help!
