Rocco_Crocco
Running 2.20. I am creating a preset with dual cabs. Only the last cab I picked from the cab list is working. I can turn down the volume on the last cab selected and I get silence. If I turn it back up, then go to the other cab and turn down the volume, there is no change in tone or volume. Bug? rvroberts
You do have the cabs on different paths?
MonkeyXT
As a data point: I tried every which way to recreate this; couldn't do so. (Two single cabs on parallel paths, then a dual-cab block - was getting processed signal in all cases) I'm also on v2.20, using Helix Rack/Control.

Rocco_Crocco
I am refering to a dual cab block, not 2 independant cab blocks.
MonkeyXT
I am refering to a dual cab block, not 2 independant cab blocks. Indeed. I tested that out as well, in case that's what you meant. I couldn't duplicate it. I wonder what the variance is from one Helix to another which causes some of these bugs to show up in some but not all units? Can you post a patch that misbehaves this way so that one of us can load it and see what we get?

I just got home from work and dialed in the saved patch that gave me the issue so I could post it. Now its working fine. Here is the patch anyway. See what happens if you try... https://app.box.com/s/lremiaoxcktd8fqktxkdhv88bfm0v0c6 Maybe turning the unit off and on fixed the glitch. yelldog
Anyone figure this out? I'm having the same problem with dual cabs. A works B is 100% off.

Do post your preset here. I'll take a look.
bsd512
I haven't looked at the preset - can't right now. The dual-cab pans one cabinet hard-left and the other one hard-right. It is possible your output block is panned full right or left, effectively silencing the other cab?
