  1. I get where you're coming from. I was initially frustrated, then realised ctr-s saved to the current slot with no dialog (or mouse click - whoo hoo). I now love using it as per rd2rk's post.

  2. My complete and utter indifference cannot be measured with existing technology...;)

  3. If you want to insert a new block but have its default be off in your snapshots, here's how to do it. Insert the block as you normally would. Hit the Action button and set the Snapshot Bypass parameter to Off (or right click on the block in HX Edit and select Snapshot Bypass from the menu that appears and set it to Off). Toggle the bypass state of the block to Off. Repeat Step 2, but turn the Snapshot Bypass parameter back to On. Now the block will be Off in all your snapshots. Turn it on in the ones you want it on in.

  4. I've been experimenting with this too. It works better with some amp / cab combinations than with others as sometimes the low frequency boost is too much. It's really good to have an alternative, fast, one-stop EQ to the High/Low Cut block though. I'm slowly working through patches A/B-ing between the two to see which gives the best results. Definitely a good tip :-)

  5. Hi Listening to the modulation blocks 'Double Take' and 'Ubiquitous Vibe', the perceived rate appears only in part of be attributed to the 'Rate' parameter setting - It's as if there's also an independent oscillator running which combines with the rate setting to create a random/cyclical 'beating' pattern- I'm hoping there something I'm missing, or do these effects operate this way by design? Thanks for any assistance... D

  6. Can someone from Line 6 please reply? A generic reply "we are currently working" on it is OBVIOUSLY NOT ENOUGH.

  7. Thanks @crm3550 and @jmartin1997!! I bought a box of #10 o-rings from the plumbing isle at Home Depot, and followed your steps. It worked perfectly! Here's some reference pics for anyone else wondering.

  8. Just got the FBV 3 and the POD HD PROX to replace my old Digitech GSP1101 that finally died after years of gigging and what some would call abuse... Gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed that apparently the only way to not accidently hit the looper button (FS1) is to use a bottle cap to cover it. (smh). All this brain power at Line 6, and the best we can do is duck tape and a bottle cap? did I just waste 800 bucks?

  9. I just loosened the jack and I sliced one end of the rubber washer to where I could slide it over the jack. I then retightened the jack and that's was all. It just pushed the jack end out enough to where the G10 transmitter would fit correctly.

  10. I found a workaround on the transmitter not fitting into the guitar input. I have a Ibanez S series with the recessed 1/4" plug. I removed the back plate lossened the jack and placed a 1/4" thick by 3/4" diameter rubber washer on the outside of the jack. This gave plenty of room for the G10 transmitter to connect.
