  1. First, your two audio samples are both the same file which is the AC15, but it's pretty much what I would expect from an AC15 with the settings you have on that amp. To my ear It's not terrible and there is some clarity to the tones until you dig in hard or play bigger chords, but it's a bit muffled to my taste lacking some high end (sparkle) but that may be due more to using an SM57 rather than a condenser or ribbon mic which is what I tend to use. Looking at your amp settings you have a decent drive level but the Master level is pretty high which forces amp stage distortion. I personally rarely mess with the Master Vol parameter once I get the effect I want with the Drive. I just adjust the Ch Vol to get the signal level (volume) I want without affecting the tone as the Master Vol does. For what it's worth I'm listening to the samples on my Yamaha HS7 studio monitors.

  2. It's hard to tell what's going on from a screenshot. Attach the actual preset. You can't do that over on TGP where I also saw this post (file type not allowed), but here you can!

  3. I finally sorted this out, after a couple hours of trial and error. The thing that eventually worked for me was the following: - remove the USB cable from and shut down the Pod GO - download the line 6 updater - start the line 6 updater in offline mode - do not log in. - from https://line6.com/software/ Filter by Hardware: Pod GO, Software: Firmware , Operating system: your operating system - download the firmware version you were on before the failed update - Turn on the Pod GO in update mode ( hold `Page >`) while flipping the power switch on - quit all applications besides line 6 updater - in Line 6 updater, choose the firmware .hfx file that you downloaded - Go through the installation steps That got be back to where I was before I bricked my Pod GO. Then, to update to the newest version, I updated each consecutive version and updated to that through the line 6 updater. whew. Hope that helps someone!

  4. Was looking thru the factory presets the other day. Notice some that were recognizable to me, for example, Uncle Floyd or PhD May. Many were not recognizable to me since they are a little cryptic. Is there a list of all of the factory presets and the songs that they are associated with? I looked on the Line 6 site and couldn't find any list other then the one in the owner's manual which tells which amps are which. Thanks. Vic

  5. Hi CBTL, Just wouldn't have the time to do this. Also, I don't know which song/artist a lot of the patches represent. That's why I was hoping a list was out there already. Vic
