The are under the File > Preferences menu in the Windows version.

Which version of the firmware did you start with? If its older than Version 2.12.2 there are different steps to follow.

Here is a similar answer from rig-talk: Set the chain up for 2 amps in the split style, use the expression as a pan pedal in front of the split. Then when you sweep back and forth, you are literally panning the input signal back and forth between the amps. You can also set up separate effects this way (a chorus on the clean, and a delay on the dirty)
