I've had my Helix LT for a few days now and am loving it. Ive tried it connected in all kinds of ways but the best sounding by far is using the Helix LT's amps and then going straight into the effects return of my Peavey ValveKing II 50-watt open-back combo. The sound just comes to life, especially when I use a pre-amp like the Fender Deluxe. So this opens up the question, can any FRFR speakers come close to that open-back sound? Should I keep the Peavey or will something else work? This is maddening - too many options HA HA!

Guys is the path "full" if the one first line is full? If not, how to you add to the path so it wraps down to the second line? I tried it and none of the effects worked. Thanks!

Not exactly sure but the new volume swell is SO hard to use compared to the M13's volume swell. Not thrilled with it at all. Way too hard to just get a standard swell.

Same here, would buy one tomorrow for my Helix LT.

Guess you should have tried before buying. It's not Line 6's fault. Doubt any new updates are coming for the M series.

I'm hoping that Line 6 is working on a new version of the M13 with built-in power supply and scribble strips. Until then, my tube amp with M13 is more than enough to keep me happy.

I can't get a good overdrive out of my Helix. Harsh and brittle, frustrating!
