Repair Update: Line 6 stepped up to the plate and shipped my Helix back next day air UPS!!! I pick it up today from the local UPS store! That was a good thing! Saved me at least 4 days of Helix withdrawal syndrome. LoL!!!

Don't you basically want to try to get one amp in each signal path (1 and 2) so that one processor handles one amp/cab and the 2nd one handles the second amp/cab when using two amp/cab models in a preset? Maybe have front of amp effects in path 1 with the 1st amp, then pass that into amp 2 with the post amp effects in path 2?

Mine should be delivered to Line 6 for repair today or tomorrow, so I'll find out how long it takes to fix soon. Then there's the waiting for UPS ground from California to South Carolina... DoHHH

So are you using the Angle pre in front of a clean amp model and cab model like a pedal? The pre into a cab model only?

Yeah, I had to drop mine off at the ups shipping hub in Summerville, the next town over.

Sad thing is, after the guy mentioned it may take less than a week turnaround, I find out it's ups ground they used from South Carolina to California. That's a week just to get it there. Picked it up earlier today. Claim it's going to be a one day repair, but if it ships back to me via ground, then I'm without it for over 2 weeks. Dohh.

Received mine a couple weeks ago. Probably just a small few with problems. They're liable to send a brand new one if they claimed less than a week to me.

Put the two amps in the chain. Assign the same footswitch to both. Navigate to the one you want turned off and bypass it. Save it and now that button will turn one on and the other off by toggling both.

I put in a support ticket earlier today. Got a message that they will send UPS to pick it up and should have it back fixed in a week or less. We'll see how it goes. Fortunately I don't have any gigs until the end of January.

Mine has the vertical lines dropped out on a couple of scribble strips as well. Took too long for me to get it to do a return. I'll live with it for now.

Sweetwater 36 month no interest order at the end of October/beginning of November. It shipped yesterday and will be in my hands on Saturday. About 6 weeks of waiting. Now I'll finally get to see if it's worth the wait. :) GLiDE
