jotacaster Posted April 22, 2020 Share Posted April 22, 2020 Did the update yesterday. All was fine. Today I can go to the tuner screen but nothing works. I still get sound, even when set to Mute. jotacaster Posted April 22, 2020 Author Share Posted April 22, 2020 No additional settings on the HX Stomp. Also, I can only go to the tuner screen if I have the USB connected! I've updated a Stomp and a Floor without problems. Check your Global Settings. If that doesn't fix it: Do a factory reset. If that doesn't fix it, open a support ticket. I posted this in the wrong place it appears.....I have Helix LT...anyway everything ok now....appears to have just needed to be turned on and off one more time since I did update last night...although I did disconnect the usb cable when I powered down and up, but good now...maybe just a glitch from shutting down right after update last night and using today..... trillib Posted April 26, 2020 Share Posted April 26, 2020 I installed the 2.91 on my Helix LT and now the tuner is not picking up the signal of my guitar anymore or is lagging and completely unusable. rogerstucki Posted April 26, 2020 Share Posted April 26, 2020 updated yesterday to 2.90 and all works fine. after 2 restarts the tuner did not work and all patches sound the same! today i updated to 2.91 (important: 1st make a backup as suggested in the notes and after the update is done restore the backup and restart helix!!!) now all works fine again! hope tis works for you as well! Mic input quit last week too.... not good. Completely lost sound at last rehearsal, most likely to receiving Phantom power, it worked OK when I got home though.
