What do these abbreviations mean on my Impulses?

I downloaded 4 boxes of Impulses from York Audio and I'm trying to understand the very last abbreviation or letters in the impulse. Here are some examples of what I'm looking at:

 

YA  MRSH  412  T75  57-CE1

YA  MRSH  412  T75  57-CN

YA  MRSH  412  T75  57-CNE

YA MRSH   412  T75  57-CNT

YA MRSH   412  T75  57-FCN

YA MRSH   412  T75  57-FOA

YA MRSH   412  T75  57-OA

 

 

The only thing I can come up with I'm guessing that those last few letters represents mic placement. Like maybe OA stands for Off Axis. I don't know about the other ones.

 

If you can figure this out and post I would appreciate it.

York Audio Marshal 4x12 T75 (speaker) 57 (mic) OA (Off Axis)

 

Just my thoughts, some I know, but some confuse me.  I love YA IR's.  If you want to ask the source themselves, go onto The Gear Page Digital Modeling forum and there is a thread that York Ir's has that stays pretty relevant.  I'd ask there as well.

One thing that I figured out is that list is from the York Audio MRSH 412 T75 Premium Impulse pack @ $14.99 and all model packs come with a manual:

Quote from their FAQ Page:

”The manual to every product includes a list of all multi-mic mixes with the mics used for each mix. Mixes were given numbers to keep the file names shorter. Use what sounds good to you”

 

My bet would be that the 57 is a reference to the ubiquitous Shure SM57 mic.

 

You are asking the question in the wrong forum. If you want to know what the abbreviations mean - ask York Audio or RTM!

Marshall 4x12 cab with Celestion G12T-75 speakers in it and mic'd with a Shure SM57 microphone. The last letters are mic positions and I agree with all of metallickids definitions of those. The cab specs are what you get with a  Marshall 1960 cab. 1960 is not a year. It's the model number.
