  1. You don't need the driver if you're only running Pod Go Edit (I believe). You would need it if you're using your Pod Go for recording.
  2. The fan is a good idea. When I know my gear is gonna be outside in the Texas summer, I'll try to find something to at least keep it out of direct sunlight. My pedalboard softcase usually does the trick. Looks weird, but at least my HX Stomp doesn't overheat.
  3. Are you running Reaper on Mac or Windows? What version of Native are you using? And which reverb model is causing the issue? Thanks!
  4. I found this in the manual, Line 6 follows Yamaha’s MIDI note spec, where middle C is “C3” (unlike some other gear manufacturers that prefer to say middle C is “C4”). Maybe try using C0 instead of C-1.
  5. Make sure you're saving your preset (press and hold current preset button A, B, or C until it flashes 4 times). I was able to do this successfully, but I don't have a digitakt so it wasn't an apple-to-apple comparison (I used Helix Floor to send MIDI CCs).

  9. Stomp presets will work just fine on Floor, but not the other way around.
  10. If you have Native and HX Edit open at the same time, you can drag presets, setlists, and IRs back and forth.
  11. From your video, it looks like you're in Snapshot Discard mode (this makes the Snapshot icon turn red). Try your steps again in Recall mode (snapshot icon will appear gray).
  12. There is currently an issue on macOS Ventura 13.3.1a where the update does not appear in HX Edit. Here is a workaround.... 1. Backup your device in HX Edit 2. Close HX Edit and open Line 6 Updater (grab the latest version here if you don't have it already) 3. Update your device 4. Reset your device 5. Return to HX Edit 6. Select File > Restore From Backup
  13. Hey all, A few ideas. 1. Ensure your main disk is labeled as Disc 0. You can check this in Disk Management. 2. Go to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Line 6 and delete the Purchases V2 file. Then reinstall Helix Native. You WILL lose all of your presets this way, so hopefully you have a recent backup.
  14. Thank you all so much for reporting this. We are looking into the issue. Below a few potential workarounds. 1. Sign out and sign back into HX Edit 2. Deauthorize and reauthorize your computer 3. Download the latest firmware for your Helix/HX product here Backup your device in HX Edit (File > "Create Backup") Open Line 6 Updater (you can download the latest version for mac here) Update using "Choose File" Once the update is complete, factory reset your device, return to HX Edit and select "Restore From Backup" from the file menu.

  16. If I understand your issue correctly, a different block is illuminated every time you touch the switch. The switches on Helix are touch-sensitive by default. The can be turned off in global settings, but the easiest way around it is to put on a shoe :)

  20. Which factory presets aren't passing audio? Also, is there any particular bass cab that is blocking audio, or is it all of them? Thanks!
  21. The factory presets with the Grammatico GSG are 15B and 15C. Let me know if you're still not seeing them and I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot.
