Hi Phil I've only tried on on Mac so far. It is consistent and there doesn't seem to be any options around clock other than default

Another lockup tonight I was doing some hands free editing of the mix parameter of the simple delay and it just froze on me I raised a ticket about this before but you just autoclosed it with the usual upgrade the firmware message Well I've gone from .2 to .3 What now?

@greggerboy A couple of us have seen this behaviour using Helix as a USB interface. I'm convinced it's wordclock drift. I think the Helix isn't connected ring properly with the clock master after initial sync and starts to drift almost immediately Unfortunately core audio hides that stuff and the helix stub doesn't give you any lock information I'm curious as to why everyone isn't having this issue though

I'm using all the default settings No plug ins and a i7 MacBook Pro It's not a resource issue it sounds like wordclock drift I'm not sure what it used as a master or how it syncs up (I find macs very oblique when it comes to this kind of stuff) One thing I should try is a decent usb cable To be fair I used the one from the focus rite interface that was already there I got round the whole issue by just plugging the outputs into the focus rite. I wonder what I'm missing then I'll try a higher spec cable

Is there a known clock issue using this with OSX? Logic sees the interface but loses clock after a couple of minutes (at least I assume that's what is making the audio all jittery and daleky) Does anyone use this with Logic with no issues?

It's the presets that made me wonder if here was something wrongI prefer two different amps running as this replicates my live setup but I was hoping to add another clean amp and process my vox as well so imagine my dissapointment when I'm not even close It seems to be more efficient seperating the cabs from the amps and if I lose a cab then I'll get some back I did read the manual but there is still a lot of guesswork as to how much dsp certain combinations take I'll get there

Thanks for the offer. I've packed up for the night (it's nearly 4 am here ) but I'll maybe do that tomorrow I've raised a ticket re the lockup already I just wanted to check this perception against the forum (I.e. Am I expecting too much) Thanks for your time. I appreciate it :)

I saw a demo of two dirty Amos and a clean I guess I need to get used to things like sharing can models? I just wanted to check that this was normal behaviour I've had a couple of lookups on the unit and I've had it for less than a day so I'm a bit suspicious of it tbh

They are both mono Can't add anything other than a volume pedal Just replicated the above on path two which gives me the option for an eq or dynamics block but nothing else
-
Just received a Helix unit and started playing with it I'm seriously unimpressed with what it can dope with DSP wise I know there are limits but I've just maxed out Path 1 with a phaser an 808 and two amp cab models That's it! I know I can go to Path 2 but I was expecting to get a bit further than this based on the demos I've seen Faulty unit? This can't be it surely

I have the same problem It is severe though and makes the Bluetooth streaming utterly unuseable I've tried it with and iPad mini and iPad and iPhone 6 Latest formats are 2.10 but still appaulling Move it about the house till you find a spot that works ... Isn't all that helpful My soundbar works fine my jam on works fine I've tried it in different rooms but it is still terrible Hard wired for music it is I'm afraid but not working for me over blietooth at all That was one of the big features
