Hi, I was playing guitar with my amp spider 3 and when changing channels with the pedal FVB express the amplifier became stuck and did not emit sounds and no buttons worked. I decided to turn it off and on, but when I turned it back on no buttons lit up and even the saved presets would not load. the preset display only had a few black boxes. please help this is the only thing that can work at this time and it cost me a lot to have this amp. because i do not want to lose it, thanks in advance.

My setup: JTV59 > VDI > HD500 > L6 LINK > DT25 combo I have had all components for some time now but not always using all together so the DT25 has not been heavily used or gigged much at all. I have not noticed this before - so thought I would ask on the forum just for a sanity check - it may be normal and I have just not noticed it before. Now - whenever I pick an HD500 pre amp model that uses the DT25 in mode III, CLASS A, PENTODE, such as the AC15 or AC30 models - the unit produces a much louder hum and background hiss than in any of the other combinations or with models that you may think would be noisier such as the Marshall models. This is with the DRIVE level set well below 50% for a clean sound. I tried placing a noise gate at the beginning and end of my chain with aggressive settings on the HD500 and it made no difference. Even tried turning the MASTER down on the HD500 and no difference. Lovely loud hum and background hiss. Switch to other configurations and it's much much quieter. So - is this normal? Or is my DT25 or my dream rig set up playing up? Thanks in advance for responses to my sanity check! :)

is there not a way to connect my MKII Shortboard via USB and download new tones to use on my Spider III 150w amp head? ALSO, isn't there a way I can connect the MKII and "fine tune" my effects I currently have on there? for example: custom naming my banks/presets... etc etc. just getting started on this and any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks, ace -
Good day everyone !! I just have a couple questions about this method. I want to connect my 2x12 Spider III 150 amp to a 4x12 cab (Line 6, as well) but I'm not sure if I must disconnect the 2x12 speakers in the combo to use the 4x12 cab, or does the amp automatically cancel the 2x12 output when the two cables are plugged in to the cab ? Hi, I am experiencing a very important issue with my flextone III During the last 30 days it just restarts... first I thought maybe it was the power cable and it doesnt connect well. Tried a different cable but the problem persists... Yesterday it stayed off for some time before it could power again. When I turned down the switch the normal sound on the back clicked, if this does help, and after a while I could power the amp again. I now dont know what to do, I use this amp for gigs and I dont what this to happen during a show... I was lucky enough that it didnt happened on my last gig a couple of weeks ago!

Hi, I need some advice to match my Spider III 4x12 cab with a Krank Rev Jr Pro. The spider cab has two 8ohms inputs running in stereo and the left side input running 4 ohms in mono, my amp has a 16/8 ohms switch, i would like to know if it will be rigth to connect my amp with the swiitch in 8 ohms, to the right side of the spider cab, will this deactivated the left side of the spider cab, letting me use the 8 ohms side of the cab? thanks for your help!
