  1. We have tested and found no issues with POD Express, Catalyst, Spider Remote, AMPLIFi, Firehawk and Mobile POD applications on iOS 17.5.1 [iPhone 11 or better] and iOS 17.5.1 [iPad M1 or better]. Sonic Port works on iOS 17.5.1 [iPhone 11], but is untested on iOS 17.5.1 [iPad M1] (although we expect it to work). Sonic Port VX works on iOS 17.5.1 [iPhone 11] and iOS 17.5.1 [iPad M1]. Also, please note that a Lightning-USB-C adapter is needed for using POD Express with POD Express Edit. We suggest using an Apple-branded adapter for best results.
  2. Background Apple has recently pivoted away from using Intel-based CPUs with its computers, instead favoring the Apple Silicon processor, also known as the M1 Chip. Both Intel and Apple Silicon systems run on macOS 11.0 Big Sur. As it stands, some Line 6 products are not fully supported on computers using Apple Silicon processors, so we cannot offer technical support for those products installed on M1 systems at this time. We highly encourage you to check with the manufacturers' websites of your music system’s hardware and software for M1 compatibility. Workaround on M1 Systems NOTE: Any workarounds offered are not official solutions. Issues experienced with workarounds offered cannot be addressed until official support is offered. Starting with Big Sur macOS 11, Apple introduced Rosetta v2, which allows applications to run in an emulated mode. Rosetta runs automatically with our software that is NOT a plugin. To use Rosetta with our plugins, locate your DAW in the Applications folder. Use command ⌘+I and check the “Open in Rosetta” box. You may have to rescan your plugins afterwards. Testing Applications and plugins tested (latest versions) on M1 systems running macOS 11.0 Big Sur: Helix Native: working as expected on DAWs running under Rosetta Echo Farm 3.0: working as expected on DAWs running under Rosetta Amp Farm 4.0: working as expected on DAWs running under Rosetta POD Farm 2 (Plugin): working on DAWs running under Rosetta, but takes a few seconds to appear after adding an instance of the plugin POD Farm 2 (Standalone): working as expected Ampeg SVT Suite: working as expected on DAWs running under Rosetta HX Edit: working as expected POD Go Edit: working as expected Powercab Edit: working as expected POD HD500 Edit: App launched properly, device was unable to connect POD HD500X Edit: App launched properly, device was unable to connect POD Pro X Edit: App launched properly, device was unable to connect Spider Valve Mk II Edit: working as expected Spider V Remote: working as expected Spider IV Remote: working as expected Workbench HD: working as expected Line 6 FBV Control: working as expected Line 6 Updater: working as expected Line 6 License Manager: installs as expected, yet devices do not populate in Line 6 License Manager. 3. The table below covers supported Windows setups. Any other setups are not supported by us. OS Processor Supported Windows 7 Intel/AMD x64 Yes Windows 10 Intel/AMD x64 Yes Windows 11 Intel/AMD x64 Yes We're glad to say that all recent Line 6 software and Line 6 hardware drivers work with Windows 11: Helix family, HX family, AMPLIFi, Firehawk, Spider and Relay products. Plugins that have been covered are Helix Native, Amp Farm, Echo Farm 3 and Pod Farm 2 against the DAWs Cubase, Pro Tools, Ableton, Studio One and Reaper. The only outlier is regarding Variax not connecting in Workbench via the Variax USB interface. We will continue to test and report any update here. 4. Hi all Im very new the world of wireless. Recently bought the Relay G90 and ive jamming with it for a few months and a couple of local shows with it and it worked a dream. Only problem i have now is, i had my first international support with it and the headlining band was using wireless systems aswell. My wireless was cutting in and out during sound test and i had to use a guitar cable in. Can anyone provide any help on why this would happen and how to fix it. The G90 runs off 2.4ghz digital wireless system as im sure most of you are aware. Im not sure the exact system the headlining band was using.
  5. Hi, I was playing guitar with my amp spider 3 and when changing channels with the pedal FVB express the amplifier became stuck and did not emit sounds and no buttons worked. I decided to turn it off and on, but when I turned it back on no buttons lit up and even the saved presets would not load. the preset display only had a few black boxes. please help this is the only thing that can work at this time and it cost me a lot to have this amp. because i do not want to lose it, thanks in advance.
  6. Hi fellas! , I want to thank you beforehand for any support I'll receive on this matter. :) thx! So, running logic and trying this time to make the podfarm sound solely in there- Everything works splendidly! Problem is- I use a laptop..I'm kind of a "on-the-run" type of guy- but even though this computer is authorized in the license manager, It won't load particular amps it seems... Wait, I think I just figured out my problem while typing this.... ....My PODXT came with the Power Pack...and I read somewhere that it's bound to the PODXT... ....I just bought the other packs recently, ....So, using a "Power pack" amp probably won't work unless the licensed PODXT is plugged in... Bing! Hey, that must be it...- better pre-record those Power Pack amps... I'll post this anyways- should someone run into the same "problem", perhaps another enlightenment will come out of reading what I just wrote :P Thanks, and perhaps- "you're welcome", and sorry if I wasted your time Oh, and any forum mod- I'd totally understand if you'd decide to delete this post  ..nice smileys btw Freakface
