I know it's happened in the past... and it seems to have happened again. My line 6 Monkey cannot connect to Line 6 Servers. I tried the three older methods of "fixing" the problem by uninstalling/reinstalling (including a registry clean). I also tried to deleting content of the app data folder (windows 7), as well downgrading to various older versions of Monkey. No joy. I'd really like to flash my new HD500x with the latest firmware... any help?

We use a Behringer XR18 mixer and BandHelper, both of which use tablets/phones & wifi extensively. Some of these are 2.4HGz units. Can anyone tell me if a G10 is likely to wipe out my 2.4 tablet (or more than that) at about 3 feet away, with the router about 20 feet away and everything else in between? I realise that the G10 won't be joining the network but that could be worse because the router can't tell it to shut up. Also, the only thing ON a network which would be streaming data would normally be the router, not some 'rogue' other device in the room. Thanks

Helix Native requires an internet connection to initially authorize the license both for the demo and full versions. Once the license has been authorized, you no longer need an internet connection to use the software. But, because of how the authorization works, you do need an NIC (Network Interface Controller) enabled. Do not disable your network card (wireless or LAN) when running Helix Native. If you want run without an internet connection, just unplug your LAN cable or disconnect from your WiFi network.

Hi there, I use my Amplifi 75 a lot for playing along to music I have loaded on my iPad. As far as I can see, the app refers only to the iPad music library. So that means it can only play songs of which the data have been loaded onto the iPads internal memory. Since my iPad's storage is very limited and I'd like to play along with my whole music collection that is based on a NAS storage (and it's not identical with the iTunes media library) I wonder if there is a function to stream music from a home network NAS and jam along with these tunes? Does such a function exist (and I've only missed it so far)? Otherwise I'd recommend that for the app's next update to come. As far as I can see, the Android version has the same limitations. Of course I can choose a workaround and stream the music from the NAS via any other media app like file explorer or others and run amplifi and have both worlds in parallel use. But this solution squashes the idea of useing the tone match function, which is a pity. :(

Some times you just have to bite the bullet... I had bought one of the original USB / Wifi adapters listed in the StageScape manual, and it worked great. Only problem is that at one point, the bag the StageScape was in was thrown away because of an adult beverage being spilled on the bag. Unfortunately, the wifi stick was in the bag :( I tried the Samsung one for the TVs that was mentioned, which sort of worked, but I kept getting drop outs, and at one point, the StageScape completely locked up (in the middle of a song!!!!) I decided to go nuclear, and go with the "it's gotta work and be easy" route. I picked up the Apple USB to Ethernet adapter and the Apple Airport Express on my way to the gig. Set everything up in 5 minutes, and not ONE hiccup. Extra bonus was that because the wifi is 802.11n, the lag was GREATLY reduced on the iPad app. So far, that's been the best wifi setup for the StageScape. I just wish that Line 6 would add the spectrum analyzer to the EQ on the iPad. I can see where it'd probably be a problem with some methods of transmission, but with the Apple setup, it should be able to work...
