joel_brown
I know this is the wrong forum but the right forum is dead. The PODHD forum has been down for two days. I assume someone at Line6 knows ? How long does it take to bring a forum back up ?
cruisinon2
How long does it take to bring a forum back up ?The whole time...😉 I've had intermittent issues seeing all of the forums over the last couple of days. FWIW, from here everything seems to be working at the moment.
Verne-Bunsen
I’ve been having to wipe the cache and history in my browser pretty much every time I want to open this forum, otherwise I get:
We’re sorry,

There seems to be a problem with the page you’ve requested.

Please try again later</> Wipe cache and history, get right in. Interestingly, relative to the OPs comment, I’ve been able to access all of the other forums without difficulty, just not Helix.
silverhead
Yes, I've seen weird behaviour like that too. Line 6 is aware and working on it. Meantime clearing cache and Line 6 cookies usually (but not always in my experience) resolves it at least temporarily.
cruisinon2
I'm sure there's an update over at TGP...😉

bsd512
I'm sure there's an update over at TGP...😉 Lol. Maybe someone can repost L6's response from over there here so we can find it. :)

Yup^ Had to clear cache on Mac and PC to get not get that error. iPad was fine though.
HonestOpinion
I think the problems that the PODHD forum as well as the other forums including this one were having was exacerbated by browser caching. I found I needed to clear my browser caches even after partial/total functionality was restored or I kept getting a 502 error or a message saying the page was unavailable. Surprised this did not get more mention on The Gear Page. ;)
joel_brown
Yep I cleared out my browser cache and it's working fine now. Sorry Line6, my bad - I think. Although no other site I visited had a problem.
Verne-Bunsen
I am still having to wipe the cache and log back in to get access. Interestingly, I’ve just discovered that a “private†browser tab allows me to get in when a standard one gives me the error. Like now; couldn’t access the forum, opened a private tab, got right in. Dunno...
BBD_123
Same problem - locked out of *all* forums for days with a 502 error. For some reason, despite clearing browser cache and L6 cookies only now this minute have I managed to get back in. No idea what is going on, but oddly reassuring to discover that it's not just me :-) I actually went as far as to open a support ticket with a request that what I assumed to be my unique problem was brought to the attention of the sysadmin here. Obviously not really necessary at this point...
BBD_123
Interestingly, deleting all Line 6 cookies does not get rid of the 502 error but deleting the browser cache does. FWIW. [EDIT:] Replicated. Clearing the cache alone seems to be enough.
joel_brown
I haven't been able to get to this forum in almost a week. Same 502 error. I can get to other forums but was even getting the 502 error on them for several days.. I cleared the cache and used both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome - neither worked. The ONLY way I'm posting in here is it let me respond to a post someone else made to my earlier response.
joel_brown
Got in then got the 502 error again. Cleared the cache and it didn't work. I use Chrome and this time I turned off both page prediction options and got back in. We'll see how long this works.
