I know I'd seen a similar post but can't find it - 3rd song into 1st set last night & I had nothing... I'm wondering if my glorified $60 mic/link cable was culprit...the bass player who was getting shocks on mic pulled his power from same bar as my combo....but, my lights were still on/expression & variax were both full up, but zero sound I ended up shutting amp off & on again & all was good - just strange

I went to play my 59 today & it seems to be "jumping thru" the various pup selections on it's own - 69's not doing it

Thanks Silver..yes I meant tunings in conj w/Variax - variax control vs preset control So....when it comes to "trade in" , I'll wanna sell the modelpacks as part of the pedal if @ all possible

SOrry if this has been asked already but, will Helix store 500+ tunings like pod & what happens w/model packs I just purchased?

after reading issues people have had w/they're rigs, makes a gullible person like myself THINK there's a problem @ times - 1st I had a warbling sound out of nowhere w/my 59 turned out to be the ceiling fan as suggested on forum! - the model knob came loose(but still functioned) glued back on, & volume pot is noisy but is quickly remedied w/a few turns. My 69 high E seemed to roll off fret board - luthier reset neck...voila, & most recently after failed attempt w/maglok install & I had a tremsetter put in, now it's a different animal (feels like hardtail) & could almost go w/lighter strings. Love them both...just wanted to pay $1200 for a whammy - which I STILL haven;t received yet - patience grasshopper

are the settings not saved in pod?

they do -but not for 2nd generation bridge...seems line 6 doesn't have em either -dually unimpressed

Finally have a response & satisfaction - I ended up using a hipshot tremsetter...all seems solid

NO response from them - unit fell apart, bracket & all....never again

I want zero movement upward - as much play as there is in the "base plate" on maglok is the amount it's still moving - maybe if bridge was flat on guitar - I really hate screwing things up - PS Prednizone & no sleep for 3 days isn't helping my situation!
