+1 to fflbrgst You currently can not aggregate ASIO devices on pc's (with a few exceptions). You may be able to monitor the PF plug-in thru your DAW in real time with no perceptible latency. IMHO a mixer would be a good investment.

@datacommando Maybe the servers are stressing. Have you tried signing out, closing your DAW and sign back in?

I'm pretty sure since you own the triple pack, purchasing PF2 standard you should still have access to your triple pack. Whatever you do, do not get the i-Lok version.

How would Monkey know which drivers to install if there is no device connected. Has any tried running the driver installer outside of Monkey?

So if you run the Line6 Monkey you have green ticks for everything?

Can you be more specific? Are you having issues getting Cubase to PF1or does it open in Cubase but not work?
