Saludos.
  2. Yes, 2.09 is the latest. I hope Yamaha develops new firmware, because I guess Spider Jam is a great machine and could give even more features.

    Spider Jam

I've read that a good input to use these kind of devices is "CD/MP3" input. Also, you can connect your pedal to "AUX" input. because guitar input ALWAYS has some effect.
  4. Guys I need to pitch the tune of the guitar as Jam Tracks or recordings, for example. In this way, we could avoid retune the guitar when we want to play some song of GN'R or Highway to hell, for example (these songs are tuned in Eâ™). I guess button FUNCTION 2 in FBV Shortboard MkII has no function available in Spider Jam and could be assigned for this. I've created a suggest and a ticket with this issue. If you want to vote for this idea, this is the link: http://line6.ideascale.com/a/dtd/Pitch-tune-with-MkII/680202-23508. In the ticket, Jon Brunner (a support guy that answer me) tells me that is not possible, but I think is a basic function, also included in Spider Jam, but to others functions (upper mentioned). So, I guess we can push to get a new firmware release that includes this improvement. Thanks to all in advance.
Saludos.
  6. Forget it, I found the way to do it: http://www.google.cl/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CB4QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fline6.com%2Fsupport%2Fpage%2Fkb%2F_%2Famplifiers%2Fspider-jam%2Fspider-jam-209-update-instructions-r472&ei=ZLyFVJ6yFMLfoAT4yIC4Aw&usg=AFQjCNFNcZRJaWeyrgnK39mHSgdvAgFT9w&sig2=Y7aWjRGuUzOlUbUi5Hg6Kw&bvm=bv.81449611,d.cGU&cad=rja
  7. All Somebody knows how can we backup the tones in the user bank? Some guy suggest me record at least 6 seconds, no pulling the strings and that is the backup, but I don't know how can I get back the tone setup from a recording. Some ideas? I guess if this would be possible, will be a great way to backup tones and reset to factory defaults without risks AND SHARE TONES BETWEEN USERS, because in this page: http://line6.com/customtone/browse/spiderjam/ are just a few tones and values of FX Controls are not specified. Thanks in advance.
  8. Hi, a1terrier I've tried to "clean" the Guitar input and it is impossible. Always your sound will be affected by a model amp, modeling or something. That is the reason because you must to use the Aux input if you want to hear the real sound of your guitar using an external pedal. I've read some opinions about and CD/MP3 input would be better to input these devices. Regards.
  9. I think it's not possible. I've louder the .wav with other software into the computer. There are a couple of softwares that transform .jam to .wav. Check this out: Jam2Wav
  10. http://1drv.ms/11uzNhM. Here is the list of Docstoc in .pdf.
  11. Guys The user gary9605 post in a comment the link to Spider Amp Preset List. I have not account at Docstoc, but with the preview in full screen I've copied the 19 pages and did a .pdf file. And I want to share it with anybody who thinks is helpful. This is the link: Spider II-III-Jam Presets. I've being checking the info and I still can't understand why Line 6 don't publish that kind of documents. Regards!
  12. Spider Jam owner.

  13. These are the 2 files that I've found it about: http://1drv.ms/1yNsbSK
  14. I got it! https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=C0299655CEEA2522!8333&authkey=!ALbXzuLAID3j5l4&ithint=folder%2c I've included the link sent by gary9605 and a speadsheet found in the web.
  15. I don't think it is posible, at least Line 6 develops a new firmware that allows this and a lot of other changes of customization (more user tones, for example). Regards,
  16. I found an Excel spreadsheet with only the names an order of the presets. But, if you are looking for its configurations, I can´t find nothing about that. I still don't understand why Line 6 don't give that information or upgrades the list of user tones to play some popular songs. Regards.
  17. Anton There is no way to download tones from internet and load it to the SJ using SD card or any other way. You must to edit it manually. Looks here: http://line6.com/customtone/browse/spiderjam/. That is all that I found in internet about this issue. I am very disappointed about it too. I've created one tone for each Amp Model, with the following values: Drive: 0, Bass, Mid, Treble in the middle, Chorus Flange: off, Delay: off and Reverb: off too. I guess is a good way to start to create tones by myself. Good luck!
  18. How can I get that sound fot my Spider Jam? Sounds great!
