Hi all. Have been using Helix floor in mono, all sounds dialed in live at soundcheck, using XLR out left/mono. Haven’t noticed any problems over past year or so. Had a chance to get it home and work on some sounds via headphones/ home speakers etc. If I use the phones out jack/dedicated volume control all sounds are panned hard to one side. There is signal on both left and right sides but much stronger on the right. It’s no different if I change headphones, leads, different stereo mini 1/4” to 3.5mm adaptors. No difference on different patches either, stock and custom. Tried using contact cleaner on the physical jacks, no change. Have tried messing with panning in output blocks. Left side is very weak sounding, and slightly distorting. I have to pan left 87 just to get each side sounding centre balanced. Is is there anything I’m missing in the software/settings that could be causing this imbalance? My hunch is it’s a physical fault on the headphone output but I can’t check the other XLR and 1/4” L/R outputs where I am at the moment (no desk or interface etc here to plug into, just headphones and speakers with built in 3.5mm jack) but that will be the next thing I check when I have a chance. Any help much appreciated, thanks in advance! :-)

Hey folks, I have a helix floor and two L3m's up on stands. They are setup in my stereo image (L and R). Both are set to be exact same unity gain level on the back. No matter what I do, it sounds like my "right" L3m is so much louder than my left. My patch(s) are always 100% panned center and I can never figure out what is up. If on the output block I pan hard left to -23, it starts to sound perfectly balanced (my right ear is sore!). Can someone tell me what may be happening? Attached patch for reference. D. Hello guys, I have a question: it's possible to set pan to single effect? For example set one effect only on Left o Right channel? I've searched in the effect list but I had found only "autopan"

I'm Interested in buying a Pod HD 500 X, but i didn't have the chance to try these tricks yet... so I'm wondering if is it possible to create the following effects for use them live... 1 - Autofilter or High cut Filter Sweep, maybe assigning an Eq to the Exp Pedal??? ( example at 4:45 ) 2 - Auto pan, and maybe set the speed with the tap/tempo??? ... or do I need extra pedals, or tools?

Can you use the expression pedal to blend from one amp model to another? Relatively clean to a higher gain. It's been a while but I did it with my hd500.

Hello, I am planning to use my POD HD500X live in the future, and I would like to change my panning within my presets for different parts of songs, and I am wondering how I would do that when connected to a mixer? I am currently using both XLR outputs and connecting them to two channels of my mixer, and I have them both panned to the centre. The problem is, the mixer in the POD has individual pan controls for the A and B paths, so they have absolutely no effect. The only other thing I can think of is changing the volumes of the A and B paths. I apologize if this doesn't really make sense, I will try to make things clearer if you have questions. If anyone has any advice on this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tyler.

Hey guys, I have an annoying problem that's just started this week with my UX1. It's not transferring sound to the right speaker in my headphones, despite showing output levels on both sides are fine. This isn't just with the guitar tone either, this is a problem as a whole soundcard. Itunes, Youtube, even general system noises all come through the left headphone only. I've tried using three different sets of headphones and updated all my drivers but the problem is still here. Help!
