I'm back @ square one w/arranging presets...I combine both hd edit & pod itself when editing effects...I enter a model where needed & double-click save on the pod - seems I WAS doing "send selected from edit" 1st then double saving on pod & STILL. . as I go through presets, I'm noticing certain ones w/an asterisk beside them on pod & model area is greyed out. I prefer using just the laptop...but... I dunno wtf - where am I goin wrong folks? Also I should add that certain "modeled guitars" show correctly on screen BUT they're NOT what I've chosen - I use acoustic 5 as 1st patch in every bank....I just noticed some of them have an "F" in front of them...does that mean they're f$%^ed lol DO I NOT connect via usb until all is edited & saved & then transfer to pod?

I HAD this working until yesterday when I was attempting to do things via the pod instead of HDedit...now I lost it...or should I say it lost it??

I agree w/vguitars...doesn't sound bad to me...I use the Sean Haley acoustic patch & STILL could be happier, although I haven't tried using 11's on either of my JTV's which is mentioned here alot You want boomy...I run thru bose L1 w/2 bins...really got milk it like a mouse

Could only listen to 1st track - others aren't accessible - but it's brilliant!

I only use HD edit but..under the effects in there - phasers & flangers are under the MOD tab

Dunno if this has been said but...the sounds the Variax acoustic was capable of would be sweet ...mandolin yaya...& I find hammering on low E - 12 string acoustic is shifty

Sitting & tweaking a bit w/Seans' patch & workbench - Just HAD to say I LOVE my new 69...& my 59 - the pod500 I have much to learn..., but after 48 yrs. I'm pretty freakin happy

I just downloaded the Sean Haley acoustic patch...& noticed the mixer settings were extreme left & right & that all fx were off, so I put them as all on & copied the patch to the #1 position of every bank I have (my setlist is basically all the amps available in each bank) My problem is once I switch from the acoustic to 3 or 4 & then BACK...it's not an acoustic So if I FORCE an acoustic to that patch..then switch the patch & come back to it, then it's NOT an acoustic anymore - I know I'm doing something wrong w/global settings somebody help me out? I HOPE I'm makin this clear lol

Sounds great to me - 1st time I've used the workbench & I find it to be an improvement

wtfrikk? thats the message I get...before that it's always click on accept & download...then error 404 page not found I've tried 3 browsers - firefox IE chrome - after accepting ....NADA

figured out SOME of the buzz (alt tunings knob) not much "room to screw"...but it helped but as I look closer ..the pickguard might be snapped in half!!! I emailed store...I haven't even taken plastic film off yet oops - further investigation...pickguard is fine...whew

all this "headbanging" trying to get this to download...finally I slow down & realize it DOESN'T work w/XP

I don't think so - never did from day 1...still lookin for that "magical acoustic patch" - 69 seems "stiffer" to play(action maybe) thanks 4 piping in!

might have to take it in for tune-up (I'm actually wondering if I shouldn't have gone w/an 89 ..truly turned off by goddy pickguard)..& hoping my strumming doesn't whack the pickup selector -

getting an acoustic "buzz" from somewhere on body. . .other than that, it sounds better than the 59 for the acoustic sounds for some reason - I haven't hooked it up thru monkey, would imagine it's 1.71

yup - 1 month left to go on my 59...so I traded in my godin today & got a 69! lol

I've read post about changing a 12 to a 6 string & having it sound better...I take it this is done thru workbench? I've yet to use it

anybody generous & patient to help out w/a dual patch - lookin for acoustic rythym to dirt elec for a song like "love a rainy night" - I've downed a few on customtone but I can't get sound outta them...one sided when I do(toe position) much appreciated

Make it so those who prefer the sounds of 1.71 are able to use the 500 tunings of 1.82
