Hello, I have a lots of problems : 1- I buy The Bundle HD pack For My Pod Hd bean, when I run the licence manager. The Bundle doesn't appear in the list ( but wel my old pack for my XT) ? 2- Today I recieve a email to update the firmware for My Pod HD (bean included) , but when I run Line 6 Monkey , there is nothing about updates? But What do I need to do ? Thank you for help

So maybe you can try too log you with an admin account You can create an admin account on win 8 switch to It just logg of and start on Admin and try to install maybe it can help you you can disable the admin account if doens't luck

Maybe try to install with "admin rights" (right mouse click)

Try this uninstall all** After restart** First install Hd500 edit just install it HD500 Stay DISCONNECTED Than install line 6 monkey Connect Your HD500 when you see the choice list and choose your Hd500 click next and let Windows (normaly) reconnize it

Hi I use the Boss Dr3 drum machine, connected to the xlr input and work pretty good!!

Maybe the Fx block you need to set a preset of the FX Block to 0 And move your volume pedal sometimes

If the post above mine not work try this : go to device manager and take a look on your audio device at least ,deactived all the other one and hold only the line 6 and the Realtek (of onboard soundcard) or your soundcard if this is on pci take care of some nvidia or Ati sound device you can disable it to try NOT UNINSTALL just to see what's happend restart PC if not work take this http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usbdeview.zip it's free and standalone Unplugg the line 6 device first open usb deview look if you see line 6 device? (on the left side) If yes right click on the mouse and choose "unintall this device" do it for all the line 6 restart pc take a look and plugg your device again Windows reconize your device again Hope it help you

hello Could be fine for the hd's update: - choose to disable or enable the looper to win a place - Add a metronome to have a nice cut with the looper (with presets like adjust speed and the bars) there was an metronome in Gearbox for the xt Momentaly I put a metronome or Drum machine into the Pod with a xlr - And disable this F****** DSP (it's a pity when you have 2 amps enable) naturaly for Free ahaha lol Tx Line 6

Hello Today I try the put my Boss Dr3 drum machine into the xlr input of the pod And hell yeah it works pretty good for the looper Because Line 6 forget too add a metronome for the looper (hope with a update) very usefull too cut the loop But I test and it works But the question is : Can I have any problems with the pod Hd if I use the Drum? I mean can the Pod Hd accept this easely without causing problems later? Yo guy's To reset a full presets to blank : Open HD edit select the preset you want to reset above on the right side of the Pod choose "selected " but OUt en you get a full reset blank preset
