hello I just decover the problem that I had sometimes. Sometimes I Move prests or change preset and save it with Hd Edit to Press "Selected" and naturally select the preset too But the day I reopen my pod Hd 500 X I saw that the moved patch, taking is place back to the original place And some patches that I change ex: I boost the mixer The volume is back to original level I have this only when I save with the HD500X EDIT, I see that the sync "works' on the screen of the Pod If I use the save button directly on the Pod I don't have this problem It's not with all the patches and I try 2 different USb cable, and also buy a new one and the problem persist Flash memory again and still have this problem.? Maybe a stupid answer but: Do you check your inputs on the pod and set it to Variax-Guitar at input 1 and same or variax mags to input 2 But if you say that it working at the begin and suddently no more sounds, maybe it's because your patches is set to another input Set variax-Guitar at 1 and Same or variax mags at 2 and make a global preset

Tu essaye d'installer Line 6 edit pour le Pod HD Pro?? c'est pas bon Pour bien faire, je pense que tu devrais tout désinstaller, question de repartir proprement. désinstalle tout de Line 6 en supposant que ce n'est que le Line 6 Edit. Supprime les dossiers de Line 6, dans Programfiles, programfiles x86 etc... Suis sûr de posséder la bonne version de Pod Hd Pro Edit et PAS LE LINE 6 EDIT se sont pas les mêmes, et pour la bonne version du système d'exploitation Réinstalle POD HD PRO EDIT en mode admin, ne connecte pas le Pod avant qu'il ne soit demander En espérant que cela puisse t'aider

No it doesn't sound right If you have a warning box about that,it's because you have not uninstall or delete correctly the Line 6 stuff

Ok Man try this If you have only your pod 500x as a line 6 product : Uninstall all the line 6, included line 6 monkey, pod HD Edit Go to your maps into Windows and take a look of Line 6 maps if they are just delete look at: Programfiles, programdata, programfilesx86, appdata roaming, local Clear your temp files with CCleaner or other software Now download this (it's free) and launch it NO INSTALL NEEDED take care there is a 32 & 64 bits 32 bits here http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usbdeview.zip 64 bits here http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usbdeview-x64.zip UNPLUG YOUR USB FROM YOUR COMPUTER Launch Usb Deview And IF YOU SEE LINE 6 right click on it and choose "uninstall this device" Now REBOOT your computer NOW BEGIN WITH POD HD500x EDIT Install it first DON'T PLUG THE USB BEFORE HE ASKING AND NOT ON AN HUB When asking plug your USB and let Windows Detect the driver If ready and detected end your install After install, normally you can open HD edit and your POd is connected The pod gonna asking you if you want the preset of your device YES After this you can install Line 6 Monkey and proceed to updates BUT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE GOOD HD EDIT FOR THE 500X Don't take the one for the HD500 Hope it can help you PB

Maybe battery problem when I charged it and let pinking the led 1 hours and insert it into the guitar after playing 30 min 3 leds, after 1 hour 2 leds But no problem now I play with a VDI cable and my 500X and let the battery in my gigbag!!

When you looking at the price of a good wah pedal it's around the same as the FBV MK II express (with 4 footswtiches) And working nice with the Hd desktop But take care if you buy it in second hand to get the new model ! because the Old model is hard to push the wah on & OFF The old model is with line on the wah pedal The new model is with a lot of circles on the wah pedal (and working with a usb to control midi on pc)

it seems to have 2 version an 80 & 250 ohms on the DT770

I use The 770 DT and Nice sounding, light and very confortable 80ohms But the price difference of the 770 & 990 is not great !! Cheers

Yep I testing it too But yes that thing cancel the noise (recording with a sound card not with the Pod) But when I place it on the Pod USB It don't recognize the pod when I launch Hd edit ? NO DEVICE CONNECTED! Also when I use my sound card (Roland Capture) Noise is cancelled but can not launch a song from my pc BAD SOUND! That thing seems to be working in 1 way ? NOT FABULOUS! But It help me 1/2

NO PROBLEM with Windows 10 pro 64 bits What you need to do in the following order: - Download Line 6 Monkey & HD 500X edit - Install at the first time POD HD500 X EDIT (AS ADMIN) Follow the instruction to unplug & plug the usb cable to install the driver YOU NEED TO SEE That Windows recognize your POD 500x AFTER launch one time the Pod HD edit 500X close it Now install Line 6 Monkey (as admin) and proceed to log in & updating all Also to keep your saved patches they are into My Document>line6>pod Hd 500x>tones you can copy this map to an usb to paste it into the same map of your new PC That's all Normaly , I say Normaly no problemo A lot of people install Line 6 Monkey first and that's the problem!! FIRST HD EDIT

hmmmmm you can use the pitch glide to drop down For my part it give a better result with dual amp But there is a limit for droping you can test this patch and drop your 6th string if you want http://line6.com/customtone/tone/1536564/ Cheers

Maybe you can try at the first time set the footswitches to ABCD and not to fs1>fs8 or other way if they are in Fs switch to ABCD press View to go into the setup for this and try again maybe is this not the solution , but you can try it

change Pre/post the looper need to be at the end of the chain To change the patch play your loop>go out of the looper ( press looper knob)looper is playing)>select another patch>go back on the looper.

hi What you need to do is: Select the wah FX on your chain and HOLD ENTER to select " exp toe switch" press view to go out and after this press ONE TIME the "enter" again to set the wah OFF you need to see the wah fx block in black color in your chain SAVE NOW Now press the pedal toe switch and normaly the wah go on repress the pedal and the wah go OFF
