Yes But the tone knob is OK, not the volume one , but the knobs are well aligned, it's just this little hollow that we see.

Hello Just receive today my beautifull baby JTV 59 Tobacco! lollipopING NICE guitar ! Really impressed about! The real pickups are awesome too! LOVE IT But just 2 questions: 1 - Is it normal that the bridge is so high? (guitar sound good and confortable) 2- The volume knob is not in a good position, it's not a drama(I had the same problem on my Gibson) but how can I set it good, because it seem that the knob is really hard to remove TX

Choose James tyler variax - Workbench HD- WIndows 10 Normaly it's working

All the loopers on Line 6 multifx are really bad and not vey usefull to make good loops But is really good at the begin of the chain to create/find a good tone. Make a loop> let's play and turn the knobs ! You stay better with an external looper !

1- YES 2 - Yes on the manual top bottom 3- yes but you can this trough the Helix (Normaly) 4 - don't know 5- Don't know 6- YOU DON'T need the battery with VDI cable, but YOU NEED it with the 1/4 jack if the VDI is not connected 7- I don't see the uttility to do this 8 - exact if you launch a preset the Helix control and change the model and tunings that yoiu have saved on your Helix, but you can change the model and tuning with the knobs, but to comeback just switch the preset and come to your saved one

No, the magnetic pickups are nothing to do with the models ! Just if you want to make a Blend, a blend is a mix that you can adjust between the model and the magnetics, but I think it's working with other pickups! To swap this out , I cannot help you! The models and tuning depends of the "piezo" into the bridge

Correction ! You save in theory 70 differents tuning ! You have 10 custom and you can save tuning for each presets But I don't know the capacity of the internal memory! But I can have 5 diiferent tuning on Spank Bank, 5 other on Lester Bank etc....

Yes you can Go to your firehawk preset and on the top right you can see "3strippes" just tap on it and now you will see an icon on the right side of your preset Tap and hold and slide to another place

I had this problem in the beginning! I resolve it to disable the power or memory management of the phone or tablet. No disconnection anymore! With new phones you can select witch app to disable the management !

Hello I just bough one a month ago, to replace my Hd500X and it's just WONDERFULL! so easy and good sounding, you can run Drum tracks trough your phone to jam, And you don't need to go down or on your knees all the time? I see a lot of demo of the Helix, but the gear is always on a table and that's not the reality, normaly your gear is on the ground And you need to lollipop your back all the time to adjust, Not with the FH, just use your phone/tablet But people need to know this: For the Bluetooth connection, I have NO problem, because you need to disable the battery manager of your phone/tablet for the Firehawk remore app, other way it can close your connection to save the battery or memory There is a little problem with the music library and Android V10, You can run a song with the "song tab" but not with "Album" etc... other way the app crash (I open a ticket about this a month ago and wait for news) For my part The FH is the best they make !

After a factory reset, YOU NEED to remake a pedal calibration! You did it? Factory reset don't reset your pedal calibration !

Check of you have any tweak on , on the volume or other settings
