Hello just get my variax today and hell yeah sounds pretty good And the different tuning is just awesome But : is it normal that the led of the tuning knob is OFF, the led go ON when I turn the knob and after 1 sec go out? The light of the knob for the models is always On Thanks

Hello All i'm interesting for a Variax Standard , Maybe i get one, but need somes informations about it. 1 - I have a Pod Hd Bean, is that enough, because I see always that de HD 500 is using with it ? 2- Is it possible with the workbench to customize a Drop C and A ? 3- What about hard metal like Hardcore and very loud metal play? is this guitar good enough? 4 -Is there any usb connection to connect it on PC ? I see just a dvi? is there a dvi to usb adaptor? Thank for your help Cheers PB

Hello Just upgrade my win 7 to win 10 I confirm POD HD edit (bean) is working 100% But Line 6 monkey NOT I try to update it and he send me to the website to download manualy But I saw that was the same versions Line 6 monkey & license manager so I update with the downloade files And now When I run Monkey he don't detect my Pod HD bean But Just and Only POD XT is listed and I can not choose another? But not very a big problem because all the rest is working, I supose we need to wait for a win 10 version of monkey? Cheers

Hell Yeah The software of Line 6 are always very very basic and not complete Kick lollipop too lol To delete just copy/paste an empty preset and confirm

yes you need to plug the pod and launch line 6 monkey to update just besure to have the last version of monkey To check go in the setup of the pod ( hold view) and go to the last "page" with de joystick (press right) normaly at the end you can see of the packs are installed or not .

just par example set de noise gate ON and set fs1 and set de delay OFF and set fs1 set the compressor OFF and set fs1 SAVE now normaly if you push the switch fs1 de noise go OFFand the delay and compressor goes ON

Hi I use de Dt jamman Stereo but with the HD bean I use like this the 2 outputs of the HD (left and right) into the inputs of the Jamman and the 2 outputs of the jamman into a mix table So for you if your use a amp. I think the best way is put your jamman between the Pod and the Amp POD output (left/Right) into Jamman input (left/Right) And jamman Outputs (left/Right) Into your AMP Input, so just use a 3 way cable (2 x 6.3 / 1x 6.3 ) Maybe it can help you

Really weird, because I never crash when recording with the Pod HD (bean) But I configure the audio devices on Windows (with the POD ON) Realtek as DEFAULT for listen & recording (I mean the default audio of the PC) and let the device listen & recording of the POD ON (don't deactived) So into reaper or Cubase set the ASio of the POD HD as default Like this When you open Reaper you can record with the Pod,Reaper switch on the Pod Asio If you close the Pod or reaper , it come back to the realtek audio device of the pc automaticaly And take care too if you have a Webcam (recording) runing on at the same time , you better deactived it

Try this double click another preset to launch it Now jcome back to your preset you want to save with ONE click (it's normaly hightlight) now choose the selected left from the pod (icon on HD Edit) Also make sure your Pod is detected

You can try with the Admin account choose log off Log with the admin account If you don't have it ,you must create one try to run Monkey > my programs or into C/ programfiles/line6 but First check or Windows Firewall is running or not Or maybe you block Monkey into Windows firewall if this is running

NOD32 Antivirus or Smart security ??

Good username and password??? No blocked with a firewall?? maybe try with protection disable

which expression pedal are compatible with the FBV Shortboard excepted de Line 6 one? Is there a list of compatible pedals? because the line 6 one is very expensive for a plastic one i'm interesting for the Electro Harmonix Expression Pedal but Hell yeah do it works???
