These model packs should be free. At least one of them. I mean, we already spent at least 500-700$ to buy a POD HD PRO/PRO X...

Automatically changing Pod HD Pro X patches in reaper
Ayiangoullis replied to Ayiangoullis's topic in POD HD
Ok. But can I change other parameters, like I said above, with the midi interface? -
So I use an m-audio midiport to change my pod's patches during live shows. However when a patch changes, there is a small interruption of sound (for about half a second) which sounds bad in the mix... Is there a way to make the change faster? If not, I basicly change between rythm and lead patches, so can I change some parameters of the patch (like turning pedals on/off. or amp settings) using MIDI signals? I just want to make our live sound as perfect as it can get...

I bought my pod hd pro X from thomann 2 months ago and it was just fine, untill the last few weeks. Randomly, while I use the Pod as a soundcard for my Windows PC the Pod doesn's seemsto respond to the window's sound while my guitar still sounds Ok on the monitors. This will continue to happen until I restart. Its really, REALLY annoying! I guess it's a windows issue but i don't know how to fix it. Help??

Thanks. So I guess something like this (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Adapter-USB-to-Midi-In-Out/dp/B000XRI3CC) will do fine. I suppose you connect the MIDI cables to the Pod and the usb to the pc right?

I am trying to do automatic pod hd pro x patch changing in Repaer with MIDI, but I can't see the Pod in the MIDI output devices, only as an input device.. Any ideas why? Screenshot:

I've been trying for 2 weeks now, since I bought my Pod Studio UX1, and I didn't manage to get any good metal sounds. I tried with reaper, cubase, but still my recordings are just worthless. Compared to others, like this guy ( ), their recordings are awsome.. Even trying other's presets didn't work for me!(I have an LTD H-1001 with active EMG's if that helps)
