  1. Do you hear this when you're playing too? Is it possible/practical for you to test this in a different location? And just for the record, this does not occur with a hummbucker in the same configuration? btw, the lyrics suck but I dig the beat!
  2. First thing is to download the newest version of Monkey. Run the Monkey to ensure you have the latest drivers/firmware/software. You should have green ticks for everything.
  3. I was waiting for that!! It was eating at my ocd
  4. I'm a wanna be hack programer (self teaching). http://opensignal.com/reports/fragmentation-2013/
  5. It's a FRFR solution, which is typically best best for modeled amps.
  6. Are you using the link button in the editor?
  7. Link test https://www.google.com/
  8. Totally agree, but then again, I'm not in marking!! At least the xt and HD lived up to the hype for me.
  9. If it is X3, perhaps the 8 simultaneous is from the dual tone capability??
  10. If there are 70 HD amps I'd probably wet myself!! Then go buy one
  11. That was a translated adveret that leaked before an official announcement.
  12. One is a dual tone, the other is not. Save the dual tone from the stand alone to a known location/file name. Then when you open POD farm plug-in, make sure you are loading the exact same file.
  13. Well at least you seemed to have ruled out POD Farm being the issue. I haven't used Cubase in years, maybe you can jump on their forums?
  14. My guess is the coax out on your tv is not digital audio. You're probably better off getting a separate receiver and/or home theater system. If you run the headphones out just be very careful with the levels. You could use a TRS 1/8" to 2 TR 1/4" and use the UX's Line In's http://www.amazon.com/Hosa-CMP153-Cable-Inch-Dual/dp/B000068O3C
  15. +1 NucleusX You could back up you entire POD as a bundle, reflash the firmware, then save that as a bundle also. As long as you have the bundle saved on your computer, you can just load and send any one tone to any slot on the POD instead of the entire bundle.
  16. The UX2 only has S/PDIF out. You can get a S/DIP to analog convertor, but I think most of them convert to rca jacks, so you would then have to convert those to 1/4" What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Typically you should avoid as many digital to analog and/or analog to digital conversions. Not to say you can't or shouldn't depending on your situation.
  17. No prob!! Yeah, that approval is only for first time posters to prevent spam.
  18. Sometimes people have extra routing and/or vst on the master. Unless you had other vst's in your chain on the old Cubase then you probably just need to confirm the signal level going into the plug is the same as it was before.
  19. If you backed them up as a bundle, then you can send the entire bundle to you PODxt.with Gearbox with the" bundle---> POD" button. You can also load a bundle into Gearbox by double clicking the bundle file (left side) Then on the right side double click the tones folder under the POD window. Then click a slot you want to over write (right side POD window). Double click a tone (on the left) to load it into Gearbox, then click the "selected --->POD" button.
  20. Not quite. Any time you use the Line In's that is all you can use. You can record mic and guitar at the same time to separate trax, then record the synth with the Line in's. Or yo may be able to record mic and guitar simultaneously while recording the MIDI from the synth. depending on your synth and DAW.
  21. First make sure your Mavericks is updated, it had some initial issues. Also, make sure you have newest Monkey installed. http://line6.com/software/ also, check out this link for a possible work around. Seems like this may be a Mac issue with their Fusion drives. https://discussions....772261#23772261 Please post results if you try this. If it were me I would try to see if it still works on a pc.
  22. If you go to the downloads page and select archived, the oldest I see is 2.2 But have you tried Gearbox? If not I would suggest installing the newest Monkey, and update your firmware and drivers to the most current and try Gearbox. *** WARNING *** If you purchased this 2nd hand, updating the firmware may cause you to lose any model packs that were purchased by orginal owner.
  23. Have you tried downloading the newest Monkey from here? http://line6.com/software/
  24. Yes, I seem to be having the same issue. I will report it.
