1. I assumed guitar is in the equation. What I am asking is.... Are you recording your doodles? Or for submission to a project? Is it your writings? Are you writing and recording a solo effort? Are you gigging and want to capture the essence? Are you.... The more info you provide, the more the community will attempt to help. Both the UX and the HD series provide viable recording solutions, however, the workflow and tones differ. (LOL?)
2. My guess is Lime6 will update the KB info. You can only pair one device to one AMPLIFi.
3. There's no best solution. What is best for you depends on your specifics. What are trying to record?
4. You can route your Pro to your computer's Line-In. The thing with most instrument to midi software is it is monophonic, so it can handle one note at a time, and your playing has to be clean. I stumbled on this, I have never used it though. http://www.amazon.com/Products-G2M-V2-Universal-Converter/dp/B001P7QSE4 Once you have midi you can route it to software, keyboard, or any sound module that is triggered with midi.
5. There is a solution, look into a midi sequencer, many bands use this to automate changes during live performance.
6. If you are looking for something to control POD Farm while recording, neither of these will work. FX100 is based on PF algorithms, the HD series is currently their newest algorithms, and IMHO worth the extra money. That being said, some users claim to have a harder time dialing in tones on the HD series, but to my ears hands down the HD wins in regards to tones.
7. It should be sufficient. I personally have not used a UX1 in that type of configuration. Best would be to demo one in person or purchase one with a return policy.
8. Feel free to ask as many questions as needed. I own an FX100, so when it comes to questions specific to the 75/150/TT there are definitely other community members with more experience.
9. I'm not sure what effects it has, but you might a fuzz stomp with a synth or octo effect. But this look pretty cool!! http://www.fxdoctor.com/products/8-products/42-8-bit-fuzz.html You might also look into guitar to midi software, there are some free ones that aren't too bad for monophonic, once it is in midi there are tons of sound banks out there to give you that 8 bit sound.
10. Go to the downloads page (at the top of forum page >>support>>downloads). http://line6.com/software/ Select AMPLIFi 150 in the 1st drop-down and Drivers in the 2nd. I'm not sure if the 2.1 FW update is bundled with the drivers or not.
11. Did you download the ASIO driver?
12. You need phantom power or a separate mic preamp, the POD Farm preamp models will not power a condenser mic.
13. That's a bummer. In the meantime have you tried using the main out(s) instead?
14. I was referring to the The ASIO drivers.

I have seen some users update to FW 2.1 without installing the ASIO drivers.
15. Yes. Make sue to install the drivers.
16. So for a set list you could have 1 bank for each song. Then you can just simply increment up (or down) to the next bank.
17. Currently there is no way to do this. However, there are 25 banks of A B C D.
18. Just curious, there is no sound coming from the amp out?
19. Sorry, I misunderstood your original post. The TT will not stream audio via BT to anything if that is what you are try to do.
20. Have you tried to forgetting the connection and re-pair it?
21. This cannot be done, the AMPLIFi series and the remote app cannot control the SV The TT is geared towards a desktop application for home use. Not to say you can't use it live, but you already have great tones in your amp, trying to interface the TT's tones with your SV will (IMHO) just be cumbersome and not worth the effort. If you're concerned with changing patches directly on the amp, I would go with the on of the FBV's, it won't look unprofessional at all, it's quite the norm, plus after some practice you'll barely need to look at the board.
22. Just for clarification, are you using the most recent version of Monkey?
23. Did you try the headphone knob ? Also, I would try the analog outs, which is what the output knob controls and they ate line level, the headphones out can get too hot real easy for going into powder speakers.
24. On the FX100 Left main out will mono sum if nothing is plugged into the Right main out. I am not sure if it behaves the same with the TT.
