Anyone have any slick tricks for doing a boosted lead channel, when using a hi gain tube amp with lots of gain on the rhythm patch? Basically looking for the best way to keep the same basic sound as my rhythm, but boost the crap out of the volume for solos... E

Just created a nice, yet bare-bones lead tone. Left amp is the Modded 2204 model, and the right amp is the Line 6 Fatality model. Snapshot 1 solos the 2204. Snapshot 2 solos the Fatality. Snapshot 3 is both (spread in stereo a bit). Snapshot 4 is both spread with delay. Created with a PRS SE Custom 24. Bridge humbucker. Any feedback is welcome. http://line6.com/customtone/tone/2203363/

I have been dabbling around lately,trying...and I stress the word trying....to achieve a lead sound like this http://youtu.be/q9u29BGS0QY Listen to the intro solo to this song, around 20 seconds into it.That is the tone I am trying to get. Has anyone any good ideas on FX to use to get this tone or does anyone have a similar tone they may care to share via customtone? Frankly...I am not having much luck...yet but will persist with it.
