Hey, everybody! My name is Robert Rosenbrook and I wanted to share a solo EP that I recorded using the Helix for all the guitars. I used only stock amps and effects for my patches which I'd be happy to share if there is enough interest! Let me know what you all think! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhJ4ODReEz8 - Here's a video of one of the songs https://robertrosenbrook.bandcamp.com/ - link to rest of the EP

Hey guys, I recently bought my Helix and so far I'm really happy with it. The song is the first I wrote with the Helix. Every guitar and bass you hear comes directly from the Helix with some Ownhammer IRs. For the drums I used Superior Drummer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQD5-HzWnLw Hope you enjoy it :) I'm glad about any kind of feedback. And happy new year of course!!

Hi There , I'd like to open up this thread as a repository for great metal tones to use with the Helix. I would also like some important criteria to be indicated when sharing presets. 1. Mix ready or stage ready 2. Suggested Pickup configuration 3. Sub-Genre (Progressive/ Death/ Djent etc.) 4. Suggested IRs (possibly direct share if free) 5. General tips/ improvements 6. Link to tone/ preset (possibly direct share if free) 7. Sound Sample if possible. There are of course in no particular order. Please upvote the tones you like as well.

I had some people ask me on YouTube to make a tutorial or to share my patches for my POD HD Bass tones, so after like a year I finally got around to it. :P Tutorial Video on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mwv23DkmBMU And here's links to my tone patches on CustomTone Blank Template http://line6.com/customtone/tone/456806/ Gritty http://line6.com/customtone/tone/456807/ Heavily Distorted http://line6.com/customtone/tone/456808/ There's also links to the tones in the Video Description that are hosted on my website, if for whatever reason CustomTone is being weird.

Ok so a lot of people may be going "derp what an idiot" but i am really clueless with this right now! (bare in mind i use the POD HD PRO rack unit and don't have a pedal board/controller) Does anybody here know how to get cubase 5 to midi control the POD HD PRO tone channels so when I hit play on Cubase it automates the guitar tones to change on the POD HD PRO unit e.g....(Bar 1 - 17 clean tone) then when it hits bar 17 the tone changes to "overdrive" for example. I assume that it's done using a midi channel on cubase and using the key editor to punch it in but i'm pretty lost with it, so any information would be great! (step by step process and equipment needed would be ideal) CHEEERS!
