Hi everyone, i own a HX Stomp and a HX Stomp XL Very often, after using the Stomp XL (rehearsal room) I export my presets/setlist using a computer and HX Edit. Then I import (at home) presets and setlist into my HX Stomp. Sofar it works OK, but i have noticed that: - when I import a HX Stomp XL preset into the HX Stomp, and then export the same preset, then all info related to the 4th snapshot gets lost... This is logical, since HX Stomp does not support a 4th snapshot. Still, I wish that the info about the 4th snapshot would stay in the exported preset .hlx file ! That would make it easier to move presets back and forth between HX Stomp and HX Stomp XL... Any idea how to solve this issue ?!

Hi everyone, On my HX Stomp XL, most presets included 4 snapshots. Sometimes, in order to work on my sounds, I like export a preset form my HX Stomp XL into my HX Stomp, which supports only 3 snapshots per preset. What happens then to the 4 snapshots ? Does the import process automatically get rid of the 4th snapshot and import snapshots 1-3 into the HX Stomp ? cheers Vincent

I made a "Badonkulous" preset on my stomp xl. Made 3 snapshots. For some reason, I have to press footswitch C twice to access the snapshot I've assigned to that button. I've looked around at the settings to see if there is a quick way to fix it, but no luck. When I went to another preset that had an effect assigned to that switch, it works fine. 1 press and it's activated, so i'm thinking it's a snapshot thing. I also did a factory reset and still the problem persists. Any help on this is greatly appreciated!

Hello, NEED HELP...PLEASE! I have an HX Effects and I am using Command Center to program a button inside a preset to flip between snapshot 1 and snapshot 2. I have the button programed on PRESS/RELEASE so that when I PRESS it goes to snapshot 2 and REALEASE it goes to snapshot 1. I currently have it set as follows, and when press the button it LATCHES to snapshot 2, then when I want I press the button again it RELEASE and it goes to snapshot 1, this is what I am looking for! The issue is, I set this up in one preset, and when I went to another preset to repeat this process the button is only momentarily switched, NOT latching. What did I do right the first time that I am messing up on repeat?

Hey y'all, I recently purchased some patches from WorshipTutorials.com for my Pod Go. I REALLY love their patches! However, I am having an issue. P&W patches are very ambient a wet. Often the delay and reverb is backed off on the rhythm parts but not turned off completely. For the lead tones the delays and reverbs are much more present. No shredding in P&W generally speaking. On to the issue... The snapshots are as follows: 1 = Clean ish Rhythm w/minor delays and reverb 2 = Gain Push 3 = Ambient Lead with Long Delay/Reverb 4 = Clean Ambient Swells When switching snapshots there is a very audible sound anomaly whenever there is a large change in the delay/reverbs. It's hard to explain what it sounds like. It's like an alien spaceship sound. The pitch also changes temporarily. It's not like this on every patch. It seems to happen only on the wet effects like delays and reverbs. The other weird thing is that on some patches the sound anomaly is still there but more faint. In other patches it is very noticeable. It's annoying when at church we finish a rockin' part of a song and we bring down the volume to transition to prayer and lush ambient swells. But then your congregation is chuckling trying to figure out what that weird alien sound was. Are there any of you having the same issue? I imagine you David Gilmore fans might encounter this issue as well? It seems that the more FX parameters that change at once from snapshot to snapshot the more likely the sound anomaly will be to show it's ugly face. @Line6 Tech Support, will there be an update to fix this issue? I would absolutely love to be able to hit one button to go through my entire song in an order. I want to go through my snapshots in an order I choose. Setting them all to one button and going through an order of snapshots. Is there a way to do this on the HX LT?
