HonestOpinion
The Helix community could really use a WIKI!There are so many great tips, workarounds, techniques, procedures, links, and other contributions from this forum and "The Gear Page" site that are just aging out and getting lost as new topics and posts replace them. It would be fantastic to see the best of these two sites consolidated and preserved in a format that is easily accessed. I know it is a tall order but if anyone has the capacity to start a Helix WIKI, I am sure the entire Helix community would be grateful. A WIKI would also be instrumental in helping to cut down on the endless repetition of the same posts and questions coming up over and over again. I am sure it would bring DI's stress level down 10 notches within a week and vastly reduce the number of times Line6 has to respond to the same questions. Let's start archiving the good stuff in a way that is easily accessible and builds a manual over time that will be far superior to any manual any company has the resources for. Your name is waiting to be immortalized in Helix history, be THE ONE, create the Helix WIKI please!

[...] Your name is waiting to be immortalized in Helix history, be THE ONE, create the Helix WIKI please! One (already immortal) guy created this: http://helixhelp.com Maybe the kind of wiki (or FAQ or whatever) you suggested could be integrated there? And another guy posted this on TGP: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8wlap4i7y2bs6ms/Helix%20Tricks%20160319.docx?dl=0 Sorry, only bookmarked the sites - not the names... Hello, I am the creator of http://helixhelp.com First off, thanks for the kind words everybody! Thankfully, Helix Help is already a wiki site. Anyone in the helix community can send me a PM to get a username/password to help contribute content and modify pages. I currently don't allow unregistered editing to prevent spamming. I definitely don't want advertisers/jerks to muck things up. :) When I originally put it together I had no idea it was going to receive such a great response. That said, I am in the planning/early development phase of making Helix Help much more robust. I'm hoping it doesn't take me too long to get version 2 of the site up and running. It could be weeks, it could be months. I have some cool ideas that I think everyone will really enjoy.

BoneToner
How do we get that Helix help page pinned to the top of the forum? I feel as if It would answer a vast majority of peoples questions along with extra info
glideman
Page is really becoming a wiki level basket of information! Great job, and thanks!
HonestOpinion
How do we get that Helix help page pinned to the top of the forum? I feel as if It would answer a vast majority of peoples questions along with extra info 110% agree. Could we please get this pinned! It would be mutually beneficial for users and Line6 alike, and should save Line6 a lot of time answering questions and having to respond on the forum. jshimkoski
Did a very minor update to the home page of http://helixhelp.com regarding the new firmware version 1.10. Just letting people know Helix Help is up-to-date with the latest firmware. Also, amsdenj now has login access that will allow him to contribute content directly. If anyone else would like a login, please PM me. Thanks. Jason

roscoe5
Wow, good job guys! Nice Helix tricks doc too. I'd be happy to contribute anyway I can. I suppose we don't necessarily need edit rights as we could post & link here to things that have been vetted. It's probably good to let some things simmer here on the boards for a bit before raising them up to the Wiki.
