  1. Hi, I would like to increase the M20D main output level and lower proportionately the output level of each track so that the final output level remains the same. I can see the level in dBs of the main output when I turn the big rotary button but I cannot see the dBs for each track. Or can I? Cheers
  2. Hi, I created a "Mute effects" item in the controller strip and I would like to delete it now. But how? Thank you! Cheers
  3. Hi, If you have an HD500, can you keep your sounds and import them in the 500X? Cheers
  4. Thank you. I've just opened a support ticket. OP, how was your latest gig? Still the same problem?
  5. Please Line6 could you tell me whom I should contact for that problem? I bought it in France.
  6. I set my master output on the desk to 0dB, the input trim are automatically adjusted by the M20D but my acoustic guitar feeds back and the FBS (on vocals or instruments) does nothing... (no red lines). I can switch the FBS on or off and nothing changes. I also tried with my Shure SM58 microphone and the FBS is also useless in that case. There must be something wrong here...
  7. It seems I have to bring my M20D back to the shop then because the FBS is activated, the acoustic guitar feeds back on the low A string for several seconds and nothing happens.
  8. I have the same problem as the OP. What's the procedure then? For each input, should I increase the PA output volume until there's feedback so that the FBS learns the right frequencies for a particular room? If I only plug my acoustic guitar with the FBS enabled (even on the Vocals setting), when I increase the PA volume there's a low feedback (the low A string of the guitar) rather quickly and the FBS does nothing - the FBS on or off it's the same thing for me and no red line appears... How come? Thank you.
  9. Hi, I wish the 31 band Eq would be easier to set, particularly in broad daylight. The colors of the knobs are not intuitive and I never know which one I have to turn to select a particular frequency band. I find myself inadvertently changing a band whereas I want to to go to another band... Cheers Chris
  10. I'm not the poster referred to above and I'm quite happy with my HD500 but I do not agree with this kind of assertion. Anybody should have the right to criticize on any forum, otherwise let's all sing the praise of the HD500 and this forum will soon be really boring and useless.
  11. Do I understand right phil_m?
  12. Ok thank you. How would you do that? In the Setup - Input page? I currently have Input 1 Aux and Input 2 Variax.
  13. The chain is quite simple: stereo delay + FX loop + no amp + mixer muted.
  14. The mixer is muted on both channels since I use the Send of the FX loop and not the main outputs.
  15. Hi, I connected my acoustic guitar to the Aux Input, plugged a TRS to 2 x 1/4" mono adapter cable in to the FX Loop Send and plug the other ends into my StageScape (stereo pair on the StageScape). The FX block is at the end of the chain (no amp). I inserted a stereo delay in the HD500 preset but only get the left delay in the PA, not the right one. How come? Thank you.
  16. The trouble with 2 amps is that the "DSP Limit Reached" message is all over the place...
  17. But why change the preset on the Timeline AND switch it off? You probably only need to switch it off on the current preset and change that preset later. There is a specific midi number to bypass the TL (CC# 102 byp=0 eng=127) and that should do it.
  18. I use it with my Martin acoustic plugged in the HD500. I have no amp in the chain and the Vintage Pre is at 80% gain. It does not sound distorted though.
  19. How do you set your FX loop in that configuration? I plug my acoustic guitar in the HD500 AUX in and use the SEND out to go to the desk but the sound of the acoustic guitar seems a bit different from when I plug it direct to the desk...
  20. I used it outside and the screen was unusable. It was really awkward unfortunately.
  21. It can be activated from the Pod if you put it in the insert loop of the Pod. You can then assign the loop to a foot switch of the pod.
  22. Yes, I also would like videos about the use of the Dyna Eq, the compressor and the limiter as well.
  23. Ok thank you. Are the acoustic models improved in the 59P? And what's the weight of the 59P?
  24. Hi, Last year I tried the JTV-69 and did not like the acoustic models. Are those models improved in the new 59P? When connected to an HD500, is the 59P power supplied by the HD500 or does it still use its internal battery? What's the weight of the 59P? Thank you! Cheers
  25. Thank you for trying :) I particularly wonder about the quality of the acoustic models in the JTV...
