  1. Connect the pod through the usb to the computer, open the line 6 edit programm, wait to finish synchronize, then drag and drop the selected patch you download. Finally, don't forget to ''sent'', to the device (or double click save on the pod)!
  2. Mine: -Gibson standard SG (Like an LP, but it has more bite, less chunky sound) -Fender Jaguar -Fender Jazzmaster -Nylon string guitar (This might be hard because the Variax models the body and pickups, which is practical, but modeling nylon strings might be hard because we're trying to get steel to sound like nylon, which means we're changing the string sound, not adding onto it, which is what the body and pickups do) -EMG/active pickups (I'm not sure if the 89 does this, but I'm pretty sure the 89 is just high output, not active pickups. I'm not sure how hard it would be to model this, but I think it might be possible) -Add back removed guitar bodies that the HD update removed from 1.9 (Thinline, Standard Tele, Goldtop LP, Custom LP, possibly others) Plus a gibson flying V
  3. Silverhead, i just don't want to see the next pedal and no update for the current one, especially with the non conectivity for the workbench...
  4. Wich make me wonder how will sound the jtv with graph tec...... ;)
  5. Jesus, so many users of the jtv, and nothing uploaded to the vg forum....Guys please put something!!
  6. Woops! That is correct, i forget the sound of the piezos!on my 700 i instaled the graphtec ,that's the reason it sounds much different (&better imo)
  7. Really, no reason to do that, I still have my 700 <3 but thanks for mentionig it. By the way, the 1.7 firmware on jtv sounded much more different than the 700's
  8. I strongly believe that the 700's latest version had the best acoustics, and the worse are the jtv's 2.0
  9. Hell, after installing the graphtec to my V700 the sounds gone even better! The tones become more bright and vivid (although the Les Paul standard become a bit usseles, replace the bank with a custom only), the acoustics sounded far better even from the JTV 2.0!!!I love my 700, is the best guitar I ever had...
  10. Guys. as for me, the new 2.0 strato sounds like the jtv 69s mags...In that case the emulation is very good, 9.5/10.Now, if thw jtv 69s is simpy a stratocaster with the line 6 brand and design, I don't know... Oh, and before people put some fire to me, the video that compares the jtv mags with the new 2.0 strat is WAY accurate....
  11. Phil_m, for a person who doesn't have a jtv and is not sure if he want to buy a new one, the best way is to check to a store. If this is no possible, same in greece, therefore the best way to check is via youtube. And the videos that we upload (speak for the line6ers) are really valid... I agree with hurghanico that ver. 1.9 is superior sonically, more useable guitars in there for me, but technology goes forward, I follow... Nothing personal with you Phil_m
  12. Check that: Battery is inside, charged. The 1/4 cable IS connected Volume is up.
  13. By the way, the blood red is finally the best color from the JTVs...
  14. Oh my...These curves...This body...There are many times I believe the 700 is better than a woman...
  15. From what I can listen yes, the 2.0 is better on palm muting than 1.9. But still not perfect.Nevertheless, the Les paul is great for metal now.
  16. ReverendLove, I gave u a plus 1 up, you are straight forward guy and I apreciate it! We are ok ;)
  17. Hell yeah Ed.Same here, 700 IS the most beautifull guitar ever!!
  18. Great tones coming from my HD to the flextone when i use the direct, with the 4cm
  19. try on custom tone! http://line6.com/customtone/
  20. Yep, the most unfortunate thing for me was the les paul custom that is missing :(
  21. Use a panner effect and mute the other channel..it has the triangle wave u need.
