Don't get me wrong, nothing official stated by L6. this is my opinion because I have the 69S, and it really sounds similar. Same stated from azur. Also, the line 6 official video shows that the 2.0 version is similar with the jtv 69 that the guy tests... After all of these, i believe with pretty confidence that they modeled the jtv 69 mags and not the strato. And yes, I hate both the mags of the 69 and the modeled strato.

It's not a bug, it is normal.You must manually switch the model you wish, other wise it will stay to the 'last pod selected' model.otherwise, save another model to the pod so it will change automatically.

The truth to be said, they did modeled the JTV 69s pickups, and not a spanks . I would offer to trade our 69s, but i really don't like the lake blue color :)

Nope, Juaquito is correct.After the update many things and sounds changed.My fav tone that I created, ari sweet, is not sweet anymore.and I use the same guitar.

As for me, yes I have the same problem, but I don't think is the version of the JTV...I updated the HD 500 just few days before to the latest firmware, and listened that the acoustic patches were much more different and aggressive...Even with the var 700 on acoustics... I believe that the latest update of the pod, made the fx more powerful than before.

Guys I have a question, regarding the topic. i am on 2.0, and while all the other guitars sound like the video (the official from line 6), the jazzbox sounds more fat at my jtv...almost like the 1.9 version.Although I went 2 times to 1.9 and again to 2.0, everything remain the same...

This is one of my biggest mistakes in my life...I bought a flextone and not a veta..

Expect connection between jtv 2.0 and pod...

I don't know for tonelab EX, but i can tell you this.With the X3, you can have good tones, less tweaking, and more time to enjoy. With the HD500 you will have great tones, with less time to play, and more to tweak. up to u!

wnxwakko, i see that all your posts you made, are against pod, wich make me asume that you are the latest effort (and the more civilized) paid from another companies to disfame - subterfuge the pod. In case you didn't notice, the line 6 forum comparing to the fractal forum, is much more friendly , respectfull and helpfull... You choose fractal. I respect that. But to stay here complaining for a unit you never had... Go and complain in fractal for the axe and see what will happen. ;)

Guys, what is wrong with you?It is such a big deal that i don't like the pickups of the jtv??Or my question is not in english?I didn't ask how to become mark knopfler, I ask what pick ups he uses...

Anybody knows what pick ups used knopfler at his strat on brothers in arms? i want to swap the useless mags on my 69s with these.
