  1. Takes time to get licensing and approval from Apple, then run thru all the tests on any update to be certain it works before letting it loose.
  2. 1) Be certain the cable used is speaker cable and not guitar cable. 2) It could be a problem with the amp IC chip circuit for that output. 3) Should be checked out by a Line 6 authorized service center. https://line6.com/find/service_center/
  3. Frequency response is slightly different. Not in today so I don't have that charts handy. Celestion wold have them.
  4. Don't do that! No cross connecting. 9V is incompatible with the FBV3.
  5. You can find Chad on the Variax Group Facebook page.
  6. Go to the Line 6 Downloads page, find your guitar select Workbench HD, select your computer OS and you're in. Once Workbench HD is on your computer, connect with the Variax Interface device and custom patch or tweak default all you want. https://line6.com/data/6/0a06434c5bcd520d3ab6261d4/application/pdf/Workbench HD Pilot ... the manual, for fine points on using Workbench HD.
  7. Yes, they have been re-vamped and saved, through the use of the Workbench HD application, put into a package and is offered up out there by Chad Huskey.
  8. We haven't vetted them for use as a substitute or scrutinize their specs. They are a 3rd party, not affiliated with us. That's why they are not mentioned much since 2015. We have not vouch for it, and I've not been told otherwise.
  9. No. It can be de-soldered from the from the circuit board side, then the green wire soldered to the same spot on the new jack plate. Be certain it all fits right.
  10. A fully updated Helix should be able to serve as an interface. Your serial number would have the current Flash versions (2.22 or v2.23).
  11. " Will any of the other JTV jack plates work in theJTV69s? " --- No. That is why there is a dash 1, 2 and 3. 1) The curve of the plate is different, so the fit will be different. 2) the cable harness from the jacks to the main board are different lengths. 3) The ground leads in each version are different lengths. There's a bunch of product an parts on cargo ships (some 90+) off the California coast waiting to dock and unload. Check with Full Compass. Also, register your JTV-69 in your account, then check with Line 6 authorized service center to see if they can change one out for you.
  12. It's in the Line 6 Downloads page, up to Mac OS X Mountain Lion or Windows 10.
