  1. Have you both checked the hardware power saving modes on the eth and wi-fi devices as well as the power saving settings for the computer itself?
  2. You can also lock the volume knob so it can't be accidently moved during live shows.
  3. I read some chatter about this in another thread. You should create a feature request to Line 6 via the LINE 6 PRODUCT FEEDBACK link on the main page
  4. I don't mean to sound too ignorant, you said you tried every USB port. I've only been able to get the Stadium to properly connect using the USB-C from the computer to the USB-C to the Stadium connection. Have you been able to produce this using the USB-A cable?
  5. Can you upload the patch for someone to test?
  6. Though the manual states the USB-C is for a non-Wi-Fi way to update the firmware, the USB-C interface also allows me to use it as an audio interface because of the Stadium Driver. I set the driver as the interface in my DAW as well for use with the USB-C connection. I notice both Wi-Fi and the USB connection is a choice when I access the Stadium app. Though for now I have not made any attempts to use USB. Still reading, learning, and trying various manual based suggestions only.
  7. Are you referring to using a Wi-Fi connection, USB-C, or both?
  8. After reading the manual and using the Stadium' touchscreen, I am finding snapshot creation quite useful. It could be because of the several years of snapshot creation using the Helix floor. There have been moments over the past two weeks or so as I get acquainted with the Stadium. So I step back, re-read the manual in specific areas for clarification and march ahead.
  9. The line is only seen on the touchscreen of the device itself. HTH
  10. I posted the graphic within this forum thread.
  11. rwandering, I went to the main line6 page and click on the "LEARN MORE" in the LINE 6 PRODUCT FEEDBACK" banner which did work for me. jpd
  12. mattsteeves, Here is a screenshot of what you would see. Follow these instructions in the screenshot .. If you do not get the pop-up you will need to check your pop-up settings within your browser settings to make sure you can have the line6.com website be allowed for pop-ups. jpd
  13. lespaulphase90, As silverhead stated you need to use the Helix Stadium XL down of "Helix Stadium. HX-Edit does not work. I've added a screen shot. I was little confused at first myself. You will only connect via Wi-Fi on the same network for creation on the Stadium. You will not use the USB cord for creating presets and setlists for now. If you do need to use the USB cord it would be for updating firmware in a pinch or connecting to your DAW; the reason for the Stadium drivers. I had to use a USB-C to USB-C cord as nothing else would work; and that was after I read the manual. I chose to uninstall everything "old Helix". The software, the HX Edit, the drivers, etc. I even removed the uninstall module(s). Hope this helps. jpd I
  14. I didn't think to ask ... Mac users will have to chime in for that OS, however, I know that Windoze (not a misspelling this time) likes to "control" power settings for many devices, USB, network etc. For my wired and wireless device properties I always make sure I DO NOT allow the computer to turn off the device to save power. Here is an example for my wi-fi device but the same is true for the wired network device. Just in case this helps for those not aware of this setting. For those aware of this setting please forgive me. jpd
  15. PaulTBaker and decreebass, I tried to replicate this and could not when on the Stadium touch screen. I also tried this in the Stadium Desktop App and I am not experiencing your issue. jpd
  16. rlaneve, I watched the following video and am not sure if this is completely off base or might be of help for you. I am not as well versed with the Stadium as Jason or members like silverhead. I am merely reading the manual and using it along with my Stadium as I learn the ins and outs. I am also look in at and for videos like this to help my pea brain learn more. Let me know if what you are needing isn't addressed in the video as a method to meet your needs. If you feel it is a bug please create a ticket. If Line 6 support says it isn't a bug and it is a feature you want to have added in future releases then click on the area at the beginning of this thread labeled "ideascale Retirement" to submit a feature request. jpd
  17. stuming, Are you saying you have a specific setting on a wah block or a gain block which you'd like to have in various presets as you create additional presets over time? Have you tried creating a custom template which you can load with those specific settings and seeing if the settings behave as expected using your custom template as a new preset starting point? I only ask because I was reading somewhere in the manual concerning default exp settings and how they are assigned in a new blank preset. I have yet to fully memorize the manual as I am slowing re-reading as I use the Stadium as a sandbox. Or am I way off base? jpd
  18. bverdon, I had my Stadium connected for almost 8 hours straight the first day. During that time I was rock solid for my connection without any drops. So far I have not experienced this issue. However, I will monitor it. I am using an older Wi-Fi router attached to my ISP's device with the ISP device Wi-Fi disabled. I also have various security features enabled for an extra layer of protection. I've had the Stadium in my office within a few feet of the Wi-Fi and in my music room 30 feet plus or minus away. If I do eventually have any drops I will report back. Otherwise I will stay silent on this thread. jpd
  19. decreebass, I watched your video three times. I am able to create snapshots which do change all the parameters. I have not changed any default global settings. My process is as follows using the WhoWatt103 using the Stadium touch screen and not the app. In my previous test I did use the app however I wanted to use the stadium touch screen this time so I was in the environment you used for the video. 1) Make new preset, name, and save 2) click more button to go to snapshot view 3) click on snapshot one, name Lily with color of my choice 4) open focus view, leave on Lily, save 5) click on snapshot two, name Who Noon and color 6) move focus to Who Noon and save 7) click on snapshot three, name Miles and color 8) move focus to Miles and save And I continued using this methodology for Spirit and Wall. I am not saying you have to name and color the snapshots. What I did not see was whether or not you saved after each snapshot creation. Also, I do not know if you changed the way snapshots react within global settings from the default settings. Am I missing something in your video? Thanks jpd
  20. decreebass, I just returned home from a long night of Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving to you as well. Thanks for creating the video. Tomorrow morning I am going to repeat the process you showed in your video using the same amp. I feel I am missing something and too tired to think clearly about it. More L8r
  21. I had the same issue for some of my FX blocks and amp settings. I discovered I had to make sure the slider for being enabled on snapshot for those FX blocks and amp settings were slide to the right to be controlled by snapshots.
  22. Yes ! https://www.amazon.com/Ferrite-Clamp/s?k=Ferrite+Clamp
  23. Did you go into global settings -> switch/pedals -> Control (A or C) to match the type of EXP pedal your using? Instead of TRS you might want Tip. Forgive me if you've already done this and it is still not working.
  24. It would be nice to have USB tethering for the app other than updating. Currently I am using the usb tethering via headphones plugged into the Stadium for playback from my DAW and initial matching tones to the songs prior to going FRFR for final adjustments.
  25. Odd, mine didn't overwrite they just kept appending, or I'm misunderstanding. Plus I edited my response with more information based upon my slots NOT being overwritten.
