You can search by a person's username to see all the tones someone has posted to the cloud. If you like to see more advanced search functionality with the app, consider posting and voting on ideas on https://line6.ideascale.com . Line6 ideascale is website where end users can post and vote on product suggestions for existing and future products. Line 6 product managers do look at ideascale, so it is the best spot to make feature requests.

No, the POD HD 500 cannot be used as a foot control for Spider V amps.

Thanks for sharing!

Exact same modeling and effects are found in all Spider V's; combos and now the head version.
-
Once you find a tone on the cloud you can save it from either the tones menu where you found it, or in the edit menu. Simply look for the "share" icon; on iOS its a box with an arrow extending out of it, Android will have a different "share" icon. Simply hit the "share" button and a menu should pop up with the option to save the tone onto your Spider V

There is a list of the modeled effects in M13 available in the link below. Also, very great group of guitar players you plan to tackle there ;) http://line6.com/m13/images/m13_modelgallery02.pdf

Yep this should work fine. Simply download the necessary drivers and plug your guitar into the normal guitar in. You may or may not want to turn off the modeling on firehawk depending what you are doing in bias FX.

You are not the only disappointed in the missing color coded rings when pairing FBV3 with Amplifi. There is a post for this on the Line 6 Idea scale, a place where end users can submit ideas or feature requests for Line 6 products. Consider up-voting this idea, Line 6 product managers do pay attention to idea scale. https://line6.ideascale.com/a/dtd/Amplifi-150-and-FBV-3-missing-color-LED-features/820537-23508

FBV Shortboard Spider V Mod and Delay reversed?
ADBrown replied to shady360's topic in FBV Controllers (MKI / MKII / 3)
Are you using the FBV shortboard MKI or MKII? According to Line 6's pedal compatibility page: "FBV Shortboard Mark 1 is not officially supported for Spider V, but it will not damage the amp". http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/effects-controllers/fbv-mki-mkii-controllers/the-complete-line-6-pedal-compatibility-faq-r58 -
Hi leperclown, are you referring to the expression pedal in terms of calibration on the FBV 3? Which product are you using FBV 3 with?

LED COLOR FBV 3 WITH POD HD PRO X
ADBrown replied to ZARDOZ6's topic in FBV Controllers (MKI / MKII / 3)
Yep, the LED color switches only work with Spider V and Firehawk 1500, not Amplifi, or in your case, POD HD PRO X. Line 6 idea scale is a site where you can post and vote on product ideas or feature requests. Line 6 product managers and engineers are on idea scale and check it regularly so it is the best spot to post your request. Be sure to check and see if the idea has been posted so you can vote on it, or create your own. http://line6.ideascale.com/ -
I've been having fun mixing amps, last night was the Litigator and Tweed Blues Nrm. From country clean to searing blues.

I found putting a fuzz or drive in front of the flanger will help produce that whoosing sound you want. I used a fuzz pi with drive and gain set fairly low into either Stereo Square Flange or Expo Flange, Mix 80-90%, Depth and feedback 70-80%.

You can save to the Spider V 30 both in the Spider Remote App and on the front of the amp. Hit the "share" icon in the app and then hit "Save to Spider V". To save on the front of the amp simply hold down on the scroll knob for 2 seconds, from there you can make any naming adjustments you want to your preset, and then hold the scroll know down another 2 seconds to save.

Whoops! Good call, thanks for pointing that out

CAN THE AMP MODELS BE TURNED OFF & USE FH FOR THE EFFECTS ONLY?
ADBrown replied to KennyFenderstrat's topic in Firehawk
Hi beppepelagio, the switches on the back of the Firehawk FX do not control any of the modeling. They are simply for switching signal levels when sending the audio signal out to a sound source. If you want to turn off all amp modeling go to the "clean amp" category and select "no amp", this will give you just effects. -
If you want to switch presets while a loop is playing you must have the looper assigned to a foot-switch in whichever presets you wish to switch between. To do this assign the looper to a foot-switch in each preset and make sure you save the preset so the looper remains assigned to a foot-switch.

You can reflash with Line 6 Monkey to restore factory presets or alternatively I found a thread where someone has posted a setlist of factory presets. It is marked as the best answer in the following thread: http://line6.com/support/topic/7315-are-the-original-hd500-preset-setlists-around-anywhere/?do=findComment&comment=50551

Can I use the amplifi 30w to record tracks on bandhub?
ADBrown replied to trickytree38's topic in AMPLIFi
Hi trickytree38, I'm not sure on the error code. As for using my Amplifi with Logic, I simply go USB from Amplifi to my Macbook and Logic has always recognized Amplifi without problem. If you are finding problems with your computer and not your sons laptop it could be something going on with the computer. Consider trying a different USB port for starters or reinstalling the drivers. I hope this is of some help. -
The FBV3 should not do that with each use. I would first recommend trying to update to the latest firmware and see if that solves your problem. You will need to hook up your FBV3 to a computer via USB, (a standard USB A/B cable) and then download the Line 6 Updater and go from there. Let me know if this is of any help! http://line6.com/software/index.html
