  1. +1 to Zap Download the latest version of Monkey to get going.
  2. Make sure you have the most recent version of Monkey. Try other USB ports too. Also, POD Farm 1.12 replaces Gearbox.
  3. Have you tried reinstalling it?
  4. So for practicing, just don't use your amp, and don't plug a cable into the FX100's amp out, everything will come thru the headphones. For gigging I would try the main outs of the FX100 into the SV's FX loop.
  5. It really depends on what you are trying to do.
  6. Wha tamps models/stomps are you using for distortion. Watch the gain on the amp models and/or any stomps. For a warming distortion try the tube drive in front of the amp block.
  7. You can indeed run two delay blocks simultaneously.
  8. If you plug a cable into the amp out of the FX100, the routing changes to only streamed music to the main outs and headphone and only guitar out to the amp. What lleichtman austinctu24 is suggesting is that if you are using headphones anyway, no need to plug in the SV.
  9. You can have up to 8 simultaneous effects. If it is dimmed out the effect is off, tap the power switch icon of the effect to turn it on or off.
  10. Here's a couple vids to get you started http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIeJjy9Ruro http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/computer-based-recording/pod-farm-pod-studio-toneport/reason-limited-registration-and-id-redemption-r566
  11. You could put the FX100 in the M13's FX loop.
  12. To the best of my knowledge, it is not a true bypass. Meaning the unaltered guitar signal is not passed directly to the analog outs. It is likely hitting an A/D conversion, no effects applied, then hitting a D/A conversion.
  13. Just to clarify, the models and effect of the AMPLIFi/FX100 are based on the POD Farm engine. The HD has M13 class effects
  14. @ kobusmuller What device do you have? If you are having issues you can post in the forum related to your device, or contact Line6 directly. The community will more than gladly help you get on with you gear.
  15. Rush is one of favorite tones for AOR, not just guitar, but the mastering on their albums is pristine. I swear you can hear the valves glowing, shimmering and glittering on Which Hunt, like the touches used for the hunt!!
  16. I was more wondering what your take was in the QR fiasco.
  17. If you are plugging you guitar into the POD 2.0, just run the POD 2.0 directly to your laptops line in. Using the link is adding an extra step is may be causing the latency. The link is more for taking your guitar signal and pumping down USB.
  18. If I didn't already have an HD I would trade. Which side of the fence are you on?
  19. Are you using a POD Studio UX1 or UX2? If so, make sure in Reaper you selecting ASIO UX and enable First Input 1 and Last Input 4. Arm 2 separate tracks to record, one capturing 1/2 and the other 3/4. In Pod Farm's Mixer view select dry for 2 of the sends and tone A+B for the other 2 sends. This allows you to capture wet and dry simultaneously to 2 separate tracks so you can treak the dry track with the plug-in post processing.
  20. Interesting trade offer!! btw, are you a QR fan born in 63??
  21. How did you record this? Does the Monkey see the UX and has green ticks for everything?
