  1. I haven’t done this myself but the manual says you can. See Global Settings -> Switches/Pedals, particularly the Control A/B settings. You will need a TRS cable with a Y-splitter to control up to two external pedals/footswitches. Also, probably good to read the manual section on Configuring External Controllers.
  2. When in Home -> Edit view the Home button is the quickest way to get to the Home -> Play view. But you can do it using the Mode footswitch. Hold it down to activate the More view. From there you can use the assigned footswitches to activate other views, among them the two Home -> Play views you define in Global Settings. Hit the Mode switch again to display the first of those Views. Then the mode switch toggles between those two views. I haven't found a way to get back to Home -> Edit view without bending down to hit the Home button. But, like you, I prefer to stay in Play view. When I want to edit I use the editor app. See Global Settings for details about the different Modes and Views.
  3. Not 100% sure it’s compatible but you need to connect it to the Control A/B jack. Then check Global Settings -> Switches /Pedals and set the Control A and Control B parameters to Expression Pedal.
  4. There’s always hope and I expect it will happen at some point. You’re right that it’s possible; in fact the problem’s already solved. Line 6 could implement this pretty quickly the way they did in the Helix line, including your LT - cut available DSP in half by dedicating one of the dual paths/processors to seamless spillover. Submit a feature request. The more voices the more likely it will be done sooner than later.
  5. Short Story: You’re experiencing a frustrating issue with it. Line 6 is acknowledging that the issue is serious enough to have them offering to replace it. Accept! There’s a real chance here that your device is faulty. Who knows what day of the week it came off the production line somewhere? It could be a lemon with more issues. It happens. Why invite another mess?
  6. Overdrive pedal are typically placed very early in the signal chain. If it’s not problematic try placing the overdrive pedal before the Helix, between your guitar and Helix, and removing FX Loop 1.
  7. Does it start up in Maintenance Mode (hold down Home and Song buttons while powering up)? If so, select Backup then Factory Reset. Try the update again. If it does not start in Maintenance Mode open a support ticket.
  8. Are you using the ‘amp+cab’ option for cloning? And disconnect the USB cable.
  9. I too am waiting for the D10 in order to have Variax control so I understand your frustration. However, the vast majority of Stadium users who own neither a Variax nor a PowerCab are happy that they haven’t paid the extra $$ for something they will never use.
  10. Open a support ticket and ask them.
  11. In Global Settings -> Switches/Pedals you will find a parameter called Preset Mode Return. Perhaps that’s what you want?
  12. I've just reviewed this thread and I think there's one additional source you might find helpful: https://helixhelp.com/ The 'Tips and Guides' section might be particularly useful.
  13. Circuit boards are usually only available through authorized Line 6 service providers. Open a support ticket. Of course you, presumably like the previous owner, may find that your device is ‘deemed too much to repair’. You mention Sweetwater. Have you gone back to them about a potential bad part? You could try online marketplaces but I would be very suspicious about the part being genuine. Line 6 keeps a pretty tight lid on their IP.
  14. The most likely cause is that your Stadium device is unable to maintain a stable connection to the Line 6 server over your local WiFi. There are several threads here about local router requirements and issues. Search for them. Of course, make sure you are using the latest firmware v1.3.1
  15. From the POD Go Wireless FAQ: (see top of this page Support -> KB and FAQs -> POD Go) Q: How do I use multiple POD Go Wireless systems? A: Up to four POD Go Wireless and/or standalone Line 6 Relay wireless systems can be used on the same stage. However, care should be taken to ensure all systems are set up properly: 1. For the first system, connect the G10T transmitter to the POD Go Wireless GUITAR IN jack and wait 10 to 15 seconds. Make sure the transmitter’s LED lights green. 2. Connect the transmitter to your guitar’s output. 3. Before the first transmitter goes to sleep (after 4 minutes of no audio input), repeat the above steps 1 and 2 for any additional POD Go Wireless systems. Each system’s scanning procedure works around other active wireless channels to help ensure high quality performance for all systems.

  17. If this continues to happen with each update I would open a support ticket. It’s not normal and could indicate a problem somewhere.
  18. For me it typically takes 10 minutes or more to download the firmware file. The update process involves 3 restarts and takes another 10 or more minutes. If the >< screen displays for more than 10 minutes turn the device off. It may start normally but you might have to try the update again. If it doesn’t start normally then boot it in Maintenance mode by holding down the Home and Song buttons while powering on. Perform a Backup and then perform a Reset. Then start over with the update.
  19. Startup the Stadium while holding down the Home and Song buttons. This will cause the device to boot up in the Maintenance screen. Reset is one of the available options. Perform a Backup first (another option).
  20. I think you’re looking for something that doesn’t exist in the Stadium. There is no Envelope controller. You will need to explore other FX blocks to see if you can find something that will provide the touch sensitivity you want.
  21. Re: Sum to Mono: If the Output jack is stamped "L/Mono" then using a single jack in that L/R pair will sum to mono. If the stamp says only "L" then summing will not occur.
  22. This could be a temporary issue with the Line 6 server. Is it still happening? If so, try doing the search again from scratch. If still happening I suggest you open a support ticket.
  23. Have you tried increasing the level in the Output block of the STOMP XL preset? This will not affect the Native preset.
  24. I don’t think you can adjust the level inside the Stadium after the signal hits the Guitar Input jack. The DI signal gets tapped immediately at the input point. I believe even the Pad setting in the Input block must affect the signal after it enters the Stadium device, and hence after the DI tap. I expect you will need to attenuate the signal either before it hits the Stadium or after it leaves Stadium, i.e. in your DAW.
