Installed monkey, drivers, and it installs as unknown device. If I go in the driver properties, I see Mbox instead of Line 6 Pod hd300. I manually switch it to the correct one and it's still not detected by monkey or hd300 edit. I'm on windows 8 64-bit. Tried multiple usb plugs: usb 2.0, 3.0, 2.0 with speed charging. Always the same. Also tried multiple versions of monkey and the driver, always from a clean install. Nothing. Here's what I get, seems monkey never sees the driver installed even though I see it in device manager. I also have a ticket open and didn't get a reply for a week now... Here it is: Pod HD300 Firmware 1.10 Connecting through USB to 2 different computer with Windows 8 64-bit, latest drivers and monkey. Not recognized. Driver is being installed as Unknown Device. If I go check the properties, it says the unknown device has the driver of a Digidesign Mbox. When manually changing the driver, it doesn't go through. Tried reverting to previous drivers and monkey, still not detected in Monkey. This is on both computers. Help please! thank you

  3. Scenario: I have my Focusrite audio interface setup as my In/Out device Audio settings. I have my HX Stomp connected to the Mac via USB. I do not want to use the Stomp as an audio interface. So, I turn on the Focusrite, launch Logic, all is good. The Focusrite shows up under Audio device as my in/out. However, when I turn on the Stomp, Logic “grabs” it and makes it my Audio device. I can’t find a way to stop logic from recognizing the Stomp as the Audio device. I would like to use HX Edit with the Stomp, but not have it be my audio device. Current work around is to unplug the USB cable and only plug it in when I need it. But it just seems that there must be a way to stop Logic from using it as an Audio device but still allow HX Edit to be usable with the Stomp. many help would be greatly appreciated. Mac using Catalina and current Logic Pro. Stomp is current firmware.
  4. So my computer crashed not long ago and needed to get it fixed and re-installed. I have a Line 6 Pod Studio UX2 that was authorized on my old ID (before the computer crashed), but since it crashed I couldn't deauthorize the device before reinstalling. Now I can't complete my deauthorization because it tells me to deauthorize the device through the other computer (which is the one I am using now, but reinstalled with new ID). What does this mean? Does this mean I can't use my device at all because I can't complete the process? Please help, I have been looking for anyone with he same issue, but with no luck. I was hoping to just deauthorize through my account on Line 6 and then authorize the device again on this new ID. It would be really unfortunate if I have to buy a new POD because of this...
  5. Hello, I'm having a bit of a problem with my KB37, and though it may end up being more than a Windows problem than a TonePort problem, I figured I would ask here anyway. Essentially, I have been using the KB37 as an audio controller for my laptop ever since I bought the thing. The only recent change would be that I updated the driver. Since that, however, something really strange has been happening. When I use Reason to record or playback files, everything works fine. I can record into the KB37 and hear everything coming out of it. For everything other than Reason (system sounds, internet browsers, other applications), nothing works. The speaker icon in the bottom right corner (on Windows 7, by the way) has a small red circle with an "x" through it. When clicked, it automatically brings up the troubleshooting window, saying that the "audio device is disabled." Naturally, I went to the control panel, and under "playback," the KB37 has a green checkmark and seems functional. When double clicked, it says that the device is enabled, but that there is "no jack information available." Here's where it gets weird. Back in the sound panel under the "recording" tab, the internal mic is instead selected. When I check the properties of the KB37 here, it again says that no jack information is availble, but it is still enabled. However, when I click the "listen" tab in the properties window, "Listen to this device" is unchecked and playback is set to default. If I try to check the box and switch playback to the KB37, it will not let me press OK or Apply. The buttons aren't grayed out, but nothing happens when they are pressed. I have already attempted restarting the computer, unplugging the KB37 and plugging it back in, uninstalling the driver and starting from scratch, and yet nothing seems to work. I have looked at various message boards for similar problems, but every solution is different and no solutions have worked for me yet. Help would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much.
