I had the 500x , but I think it's the same way! At first: Select "Variax" on input settings of your pod Then choose the model and/or tuning on your pod(Press and old save to go on the settings screen and navigate to the page) And save your settings BUT DON't CHANGE the input settings it must stay on "Variax"

Depend of the RESOLUTION of your screen ! I notice absolutely NO problem with my phone, and have a nice full screen of all my settings. Don't waste your time with the battery, it's empty after 3 hours! Hello Just get my new smartphone . And hell yeah I get a problem with de Firehawk App When i go to "Music Library" all the thumbnails are loading without problem BUT when I click on a thumbnail the APP close immediately But when I choose "Song" on the topbar all the songs appears and this work. I had not this problem with my old phone When I install the app Ihad this message " This app was designed for an older version of Android and may not function properly. Check for updates or contact the developer. " Old Phone Android 6 New phone Android 10 Can you update your stuff please? it's the minimum of respect !

There is a logic thing on the app to do (to update) Whe you are on "Playing" and playing a song Could be logic to have a shortcut on top bar to go to the output options And from output a shortcut to "Playing" I don't see that on my phone!

Normaly you need to run line 6 monkey You see "optional addons" click on it Line 6 ask you to run license manager ,run it On license manager you can uninstal your model pack

Hello When I try to connect to my Line 6 account , it doesn't work I have a message "can not login check your internet connection" BUT my internet connection work very fine, I can surf on internet without any problems No problem with my phone DO I need to create the same account with my tablet to link my tablet on line 6?

Hello, Just a question about the change of a preset . Ex. I'm on BANK 2 Preset B "Msg in a Bottle" I change my preset with the app I scroll on Bank 1 and choose preset A "HD RHYTHM" I see on my screen 2B "HD RHYTHM" If press the C button I'm still in BANK 2 and get "Heartbreaker" IS it normal that I stay on BANK 2 IF I switch to a preset on BANK 1?

go to the looper icon and you can adjust with the buttons, BUT the looper of the HD is very crapy, you will be better with a separate one !

Hello Make two channels on your presets ex: put the guitar channel on A And make B empty Put a drum machine on Aux or Put a drum backing track on mic Settings your inputs to Guitar inputs on A Mic or aux on B Let's play But the looper of the 500x is very very very bad

Yes you can do that : Create a patch on channel A with a volume pedal at the end with setting min to 0 and max to 100 Create a patche on channel B With a volume at the end with setting min to 100 and max to 0 Use the pedal to switch between the 2 channels
