  1. It sounds like you will need direct help from line6. Perhaps open a ticket up with them. http://uk.line6.com/support/tickets/
  2. I don't think it's possible through line6, I haven't found anything. I'm not experienced though
  3. You're at the mercy of whatever quality people have uploaded the music on YouTube, you might have to frequently reset any equalizer you find. You might be able to find an equaliser on the Internet or there may be one already on your computer, depending on what operating system you use. You're best to search the Internet for an equalizer and try them out. I would try download.com for free ones and see what results you get
  4. That's probably easier done in whatever media player you use to play music.
  5. What are you trying to achieve/ what is the problem? The ux2 will play all the sound your pc makes, I'm not sure why you would need to use anything other than volume.
  6. Did you buy pod farm separately from þe ux2? It comes as a bundle with the ux2 and will only work with the device it was registered with, I believe
  7. I would check the sample rate and bit resolution in your daw and in the control panel> hardware and sound> sound > line 6 device folder. The cracking sound has always been a sign that they are not set the same.
  8. I can only suggest the obvious. Try the usb audio troubleshooting; http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/recording/computer-audio-set-up-and-troubleshooting/usb-audio-troubleshooting-r443 If you still have trouble after that, you're best to speak to line6 directly, via support ticket. http://uk.line6.com/support/tickets/
  9. Podstudio ux1 and ux2 come with podfarm 2.5 and cubase le. It's not a full version of podfarm, you don't have all the features, but you can upgrade for a lot cheaper than buying it outright. It's enough for my needs, just multitracking my own songs to a decent standard.
  10. You can pick up a second hand ux1 or ux2 and get pod farm 2.5 that way. It might be cheaper than an upgrade

I hope it helps
  12. I received an email from line6 today about High Sierra. Apple® has recently released macOS® 10.13 High Sierra, which has changed how some drivers are installed, including those from Line 6. Regarding Line 6 installations, After you connect your device, please open the Security Control Panel and accept the Line 6 driver in order for your device to be recognized. For more details on what to expect, please see our Knowledge Base article: macOS High Sierra 10.13 Driver Installation Change. Thanks, The Line 6 Team

  14. I'm at a loss as to what it could be. Perhaps someone with ore experience has an idea. Have you downloaded line6 monkey and it confirms everything is in order?
  15. All I can think of is have you set the ux2 as your speaker out put in your computer's settings? Start > control panel > hardware and sound > sound > playback. And set ux2 as your device (I assume your sound system is plugged into your ux2) I made this mistake when setting up initially. Perhaps search around in your settings. Open control panel, in the view by tab, select small or large icons and then select line6 device manager (I think that's what it's called). Try selecting your different inputs here too
  16. Ok, so I understand that I can't plug my midi keyboard in directly to my ux1. But when I plug it in via my pc's USB port, I get quite a delay on the keys to the actual sound. It's similar to the latency when you monitor the podfarm signal as you play along in your daw (I use cubase ) Anyone have any ideas?
  17. http://www.plantronics.com/us/support/kb/detail.jsp?vfurl=/articles/en_US/How_To/Computer-Headsets-How-to-Enable-Disable-Sidetone-in-Windows-7-Vista&c=All&region=us That's all I can think of to do.
  18. It might be worth mentioning that it will only work on the computer it's registered to with the device that it's registered with.
  19. I have a ux2. It comes with a lite version of podfarm. You get a discount if you want to upgrade to platinum.
  20. Have you installed the line6 monkey and download the up to date drivers? I had noise on my output, but once I set the my sample and bit rates correctly, it all works perfectly. I used this post to help, by the time I had tried everything it was all working. http://line6.com/supportarchivenew/thread/13202/
  21. Does fl studios have a monitor function on each individual track? I use cubase, and when the monitor is switched on, that happens.
  22. This is only a user forum, people reply if they can help out. If you need direct help from line6 staff, you need to open up a dialogue with the directly. If you log into your account and search about your homepage, you will see an option in the support section to open a support ticket. What are your specific problems? Perhaps open up a new thread and hope someone has had similar problem and can help you
  23. so i recently installed my ux1 and podfarm, cutting a long story short. i ended up with hissing/cracking and freezing in cubase 5. i did all the research and followed a lot of advice in old posts, adjusting power settings, sample rates, bit settings and so on, but with no result. i eventually solved this problem by opening control panel, then sound, then recording tab, then double clicking digital audio device(my ux1), then the listen tab and then selecting the speakers(line6 ux1) option in the playback through this device drop down menu. i hope this helps someone in the future as a possible. please see the attatched picture as a guide
  24. You can download podfarm once you have registered the device with line 6. No need for the cd. The previous owner will have to deregister it before you can register it. Pod farm works on all a licence which is issued once your device is registered. If the previous owner refuses, your only option will be to contact line 6 with proof of purchase, that's the only way I can see you getting podfarm to work. It may work without podfarm if you download the drivers manually, but not with podfarm from what I have figured
