submit a support ticket. go to the support page, you'll find it there. it looks like a manufacturing flaw. and i think line 6 should fix it without any thought or hesitation. and i am sorry, it can be very disheartening. i hope you get this mistake corrected. i also think there should be zero cost to you. get mad :angry:

i only looked at the top portion and i thought you would discover the floorboard you bought was not compatible when obviously it is. i would have seen it if i would have scrolled down. i was reffering to me as being dumb and wrong :huh: :rolleyes:

monkey shows you the latest software installed and provides an easy way to download and install yor software. get monkey first and the rest will be easy. don't forget the manual. make sure you only get stuff for the 400, namely, the manual and drivers something i forgot to mention is line6 HD edit. it lets you edit your patches on your computer and lets you see everything at once. it makes editing so much easier. but there are still a couple of things you can only do on the pod itself that can greatly affect your tone

turn the output volume up and your high gain patch volumes down
