Nobody is able to answer this yet. Neither the Helix Stadium app nor Helix Stadium Native are able to load Helix Marketplace assets yet. That will come in time but no date has been announced. Here’s the relevant statement in the current Helix Stadium manual: As of this writing, Helix Marketplace premium presets and IRs are not supported. They will be, but unfortunately, we have no timeline to share. And in the current Helix Stadium Native manual: Original Helix presets purchased from the Line 6 Marketplace are not supported in Helix Stadium Native at this time.

Yes Helix Stadium Native runs on both platforms and you can use both under a single license.

Yes you can do this but I don’t recommend it unless you’re very careful to manually maintain a method to track compatibility. You need to understand that individual backups of these items can’t just be reloaded independently at a later date and expect things to work together properly. By ‘things’ I mean the tightly integrated set of data that exists on the Stadium device. Among other things it contains User Presets, Setlists (aliases of Presets), and Showcase Songs (containing Flags that can reference Presets). If you simply load a backed up copy of your User Presets you can easily break any references to existing Presets contained in your Setlists or Songs. With OG Helix you only had to keep Presets and IRs compatible manually. With Stadium there are more individual items that you can export/import individually yet are interdependent: User Presets, Setlists, Songs, IRs, and Clones. These (at least) compromise a tightly integrated dataset.

I don't know if this forum provides any feedback re: number of times your attached file has been downloaded. Customtone at least gives you that. Users who have downloaded it can also give it a rating for additional feedback. You may hear total silence here.

I would update the firmware to the latest version now, using OS 26. It is highly unlikely that there will be any future updates so Intel app compatibility won’t likely matter for firmware. I don’t know about Workbench HD compatibility updates. With your used Shuriken you may also need to pick up or keep on hand an older computer, Mac or Windows, just to run Workbench HD in the longer term if it’s important to you.

I notice that Customtone uses separate products for the Stadium Floor and XL. Perhaps the user who uploaded the Stadium Floor preset tagged it as an XL preset. That would explain what happened but I still think the Stadium app should recognize and correct the discrepancy. Please report the potential bug and let us know Line 6’s response.

Interesting. I would report this as a bug. It's true that the devices (Stadium Floor vs. Stadium XL) have different device IDs and the Stadium app recognizes these, but I believe the app should support loading a preset from the other device, perhaps making adjustments if required (e.g. Instrument Input vs. Instrument 2 Input).

Curious. I'm running Win 11 and I see v1.06 available in the Downloads section. It downloaded successfully.

What if you connect the HX FX Send cable (FX Loop Out) to your amp’s drive channel input rather than the normal channel input?

I would look into the global, not per-preset, settings on the two devices.
