  1. Digital_Igloo posted here http://line6.com/support/topic/17256-helix-editor-when/ , they' re 'hoping to show Helix Edit at NAMM, so if any of you are in SoCal in late January...' More Screenshots?
  2. Pleeeease... No more backaches, crossed fingers and brainworms! Let's hope for an editor that's worth its name...
  3. http://line6.com/software/index.html ...plus the Helix 1.03 application... I added this, because still no announcement right here ;)
  4. Right!! No more backaches, crossed fingers and brainworms! So let's hope for an editor that's worth its name...
  5.   Really?! How comes?! ;-)To be honest - I hate this, too!
  6. As stated above, the application you need now is called 'Helix'. It's just a workaround for the upcoming Helix editor. You are totally right: There's indeed no information on importing / backing up custom tones in the Helix manual (with an external computer)... Fascinating ;-) Or let's say: Scrubby...
  7. Right. And that's 'state of the art'... Come on, what about the editor, the phantom power (hiss) solution etc.? There are lots of things L6 has to finish with Helix '1'! And there are many guys, that are still waiting for the unit!!
  8. We are still waiting for an 'official statement' by the line6 team, I guess?!
  9. ...so they have to add the new pedal: Please don't post ideas, that are already outdated... ;-)
  10. :D LOL, ROFL :D etc. Please, delete this thread - only confusin'... Thanks a lot.
  11. Hi, amsdenj - sorry for the repetition, but you couldn't have read my post above so quickly... I really appreciate your work and posts - man, Helix seems to be your thing, right? ;-) Anyway, I think the Line6 crew should work on this. Your'e looking for a team working on a job THEY have do (that's my opinion!)! The editor belongs to this product - as Uber Guru said. Furthermore, I'd like to stay offline with my gear as long as possible - and I prefer GUIs without any browser context etc... Keep in mind - this is my point of view and no criticism at all!
  12. Hi, amsdenj - and a very good new year - to everybody! I really appreciate your work and posts - man, Helix seems to be your thing, right? ;-) Anyway, I think the Line6 crew should work on this. Your'e looking for a team working on a job THEY have do (that's my opinion!)! The editor belongs to this product - as Uber Guru said. 13. ...guess Line6 should explain, if we all should use our "Holiday / Stay-home Vacations to tinker with electronics" ;-) Knock, knock, knock - anybody?!
  14. BTW, check this out: http://line6.com/support/topic/17033-anyone-using-dt-amp-with-helix/
  15. (Sorry, but who gave $ 1500 to the retailer?) I had that risky situation, too. But I was quite aware of it - and now some have to wait for wait for 'the better manufacturing quote'. This should be fair enough and normal...
  16. Well, looking into a crystal ball? Still a lot to do for the L6 team, actually (so this unit could be better than with an highly developed firmware and editor)... Anyway, patience could be an option, I think!
  17. 'We want mo-ore'! It's worth while waiting, I think - maybe L6 has data concerning delivery stats & inventory ;-)
