I’m still confused as to what you’re wanting to do. Are you trying to control the pitch parameter of the Pitch Wham effect, or are you trying to control the pitch in the software synth?

I’m sure the POD Go will get its own section on CustomTone soon enough. The only presets that are compatible with the POD Go will be ones that were made on a POD Go. There is no backwards compatibility with previous generations of PODs or other devices.

It may be. I think it’s a particularly elusive bug, so that may explain why they haven’t killed it yet.
-
I’m not sure. I haven’t run into in the beta for 2.9 that I can remember, but I haven’t really been explicitly looking for it.

If your unit was registered, you should have received an email from Line 6. I believe they even sent them out to the larger mailing list. It may have gone into your spam folder or something. As far as the update, did you update both the receiver and the transmitter?

Important Safety Information for G10/G10S/G10T Owners

It was helpful if you had multiple transmitters and wanted to charge one transmitter while you were using the receiver with the other one. -
This is a long-standing bug. If you stay on one preset for a long time, the reverb block(s) will stop working after a few hours. I don't know what the actual time is as I've never tried to measure it, but it seems like it's at least three hours.

The first batch was shipped from California to retailers this week. So people should start seeing them soon. Whether or not your is in the first batch depends on how many GC sold, I guess. Personally, there's been a few time when Musician's Friend (same company as GC, for all intents and purposes) sent me an email saying something was going to be backordered for a month or so only to send me a shipping notification the next day.

Just to be clear, are you turning the knob for the "IR Select" parameter under the screen on the LT?
-
The LED on the transmitter starts flashing red when it gets down to under a half hour of life left. I guess I’ve pretty much always ignored the indicators on the receiver, but, really I never worried that much at all about it before as I always just charged the transmitters before a gig. The transmitter I’ve been using since the update is my newest one. I updated my other ones but haven’t had a chance to test them extensively yet.

Yes.

There was no hardware change. I believe they applied the firmware update to all the stock to called back, but the hardware is still the same. As far as the battery life after the update, I'm certainly getting more than two hours. I charged mine fully last Saturday, and I used my transmitter all week without having to charge it again until yesterday. Between Saturday and Sunday alone, I probably used it for over three hours. People can accuse me of being a shill or whatever, but I'm just sharing my experience as well. For whatever reason, I'm not seeing the dramatic battery life reduction others are seeing here.
-
I mentioned it above, but is the life of the transmitter actually corresponding to the bars on the receiver. I actually don't look at the receiver that much since mine is sitting on a shelf in my rack, but I noticed the other night that I was down to one red bar, and I was still able to play for about another two hours before the transmitter starting blinking red.

No hardware update, just a firmware update. -

Do you have access to a Mac or a PC at all? It sounds like the failed update is probably causing problems. PS - I think I accidentally deleted your post. I was trying to delete a post of mine, and somehow yours was selected. The original post of yours is in my quote above, though. Sorry about that! -
Pitch Shifter sounds out of tune with chords
phil_m replied to leovinus's topic in Spider IV / Spider Online
The pitch shifter isn’t polyphonic so it can’t handle more than one note at a time. Ironically, part of the iconic sound of My Iron Lung is due to the fact that the pitch shifter he’s using is glitching out and not tracking perfectly. -
Native is on a different numbering schedule than the hardware right now (will change in the future), but Native 1.82 corresponds to the hardware version 2.82.
-
The manual for Helix Native is updated with every release and lists all current models.

If I had to guess, I'd say it probably has something to do with the timing of the incoming MIDI commands. Is there a delay between the PC and CC messages?
-
The looper controls send out the MIDI CCs associated with them when you use them. It sounds like the Synergy is responding to those CCs. Try going to Global Settings>MIDI/Tempo and setting the MIDI Base Channel parameter to a different channel. Assuming you're using Instant Commands and/or footswitches to change channels on the Synergy, that setting won't affect those, but it should make it so the looper commands are sent out on a different change than the Synergy is set to.
-
Yes, that would work. Seems like a big expense for what it will give you, but it's an option.
-
I'm a little confused as to what you say you're experiencing because hitting Bank Up or Down doesn't automatically make you lose your changes. It takes you into Preset Mode where you should see all the presets in that bank flashing. You can still Cancel with Mode footswitch to take you back into the preset you were editing, and your edits will still be there.
-
I believe so, yes. I know the Helix drivers at least.
-
Sounds like Logic is sending some MIDI messages to the Stomp. If you’re not using MIDI for anything, you can turn MIDI over USB off by going to Global Settings>MIDI/Tempo>MIDI Over USB and setting it to Off.
-
It needs to be a momentary footswitch. Right now, there's no way to access the tuner with a standard footswitch apart from the long press.
