  1. Yes, all 100 presets are stored on the pedal.
  2. Please try downloading the newest version of Monkey, v1.33 is quite old. http://line6.com/software/
  3. Please try this. http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/amplifi-products/ampl/4-tone-lights-flashing-on-amplifi-3075150tt-r713
  4. I have found you can have no WiFi or cellular connection but still access your My Tones, the catch is you have to be logged into the app. For example, I can log into the app while I have a network connection, close the app, put my phone in airplane mode, reopen the app, and still access My Tones. However, this is not reliable as occasionally the app will have you log back in, so if you need to log-in and you have no network...sol But the best plan is to save to the hardware as mentioned by silverhead.
  5. Is this the first update out of the box? If so, it likely shipped with per-Android compatible firmware. Have you tried the Line6 Updater via USB?
  6. Monkey does not work with the AMPLIFi series. Download the drivers from the site and the Line6 Updater.

    Many questions

From the AMPLIFi Remote App’s music player, tap the icon to the left of one of the suggested tone matches. To the best of my knowledge, currently the only way to fav a My Tones would be if you share it to the cloud and it shows up as a suggested tone match in the app’s music player.
  8. Have you tried the Line6 Updater via USB with a Mac or PC?
  9. I think that mic is a condenser mic, and the UX1 has no phantom power, so not sure if there's a preamp in the equation.
  10. So just for clarification, if you save to all four during the same session with bank A being last it breaks?
  11. That's weird. Try saving something to bank B and power cycle the amp and see if it sticks. If it does then try saving to th eother banks saving to A last. I seem to remeber another user saying his AMPLIFi would glitch if he save to A first, but I can't seem to find the thread.
  12. The pics on Sweetwater show an FBV port on the 30. My guess would be it will have the same functionality as the 75,100 and TT. I'll try to get an official answer.
  13. You can turn off the amp/cab modeling, but yeah, the M9 is likely a better fit if you want just effects. To use the HD for effects try Guitar >> EVH >> EVH FX send >> HD Guitar In >> HD Left Out >> EVH FX return.
  14. Just play your mp3's with what ever player you normally use, Windows Media Player, iTunes... That's interesting, I don't recall Gearbox having that capability.
  15. Save 4 tones you want to 1A 1B 1C 1D
  16. I'm not sure of all the avenues Line6 uses to access bugs. The main one I know of is if you have an issue and submit a support ticket. It would be the same with ASIO. FWIW from WIKI: Audio Stream Input/Output (ASIO) is a computer sound card driver protocol for digital audio specified by Steinberg, providing a low-latency and high fidelity interface between a software application and a computer's sound card. Whereas Microsoft's DirectSound is commonly used as an intermediary signal path for non-professional users, ASIO allows musicians and sound engineers to access external hardware directly.
  17. I’m seeing the same behavior, either my memory fails me or something changed with a FW update. I’ll do a little digging. One approach would be to import the song/backing track into your DAW instead of using the AMPLIFi player. FWIW, Audacity does not support ASIO out of the box, you can however compile it add ASIO support (check their wiki). I mention this because as your recording experience evolves ASIO may become more critical, also, you may want to consider a more robust DAW, especially if you start using plug-ins.
  18. The USB should only send the processed guitar, no BT audio stream, are you saying it is recording the BT stream also? To align tracks from different records it's best to have been recorded against a click track, or some other consistent timing reference. I usually use virtual drums as a click track.
  19. How are you trying to do it? You can only Favorite tones from the searches. Tap the AMPLIFi icon to the left of the tone.
  20. Yeah, I only have to log back in once in a Blue Moon. The purpose of logging in is to sync your My Tones and Favs from the cloud.
  21. Have you tried re-flashing it with iOS/Android or via USB with the Line6 Updater?
  22. FWIW, Audacity does not support ASIO with a regular install, you would need to compile it to include ASIO support, check their wiki for details. That’s not to say you cannot use it. You could try Reaper for free to see if it can see the Line6 ASIO drivers.
  23. Are you trying to hear the mic thru your PC speakers connected to the PC and not the UX? If so, try to find a setting in windows with a bix to click that says "Listen to this device".
  24. No problem!! At least they eventually made it compatible with Android, when it 1st came out it was iOS only. Enjoy the Holidays!!
