That's confusing. Digital is not capable of fading. If it were a single unit I would suspect it to be a hardware problem but that's not likely to happen to multiples. You might have bad mic cables. Are you using the factory supplied mics? Are you using the factory power supplies? How have you determined that it is a fault of the radio and not the mic channel itself?

Wifi USB adapter dropping connection

You are probably experiencing local interference. Have you tried changing the wi-fi channel on the m20d? -

Need help with volume issue
dboomer replied to Pcraider's topic in StageScape Mixer / StageSource Speakers
The max power is not related to knob position but it will affect the quality of sound and the hiss level if you set it other than at 12:00. If you need to sound louder, select the "punchy PA" preset for the mains. -
There would be no difference is sound quality. There may be a small increase in range by using a G55 as its antennas are a bit stronger. But you could always add those antennas to a G50.

Different capsules in tx55 and tx75?
dboomer replied to pquist's topic in XD-V Digital Wireless Microphones
The capsule in the V75 has additional shock mounting but is otherwise the same. -
So it looks like you are running the XDVs in RF2 mode. That is fine as long as you can control all wi-fi in the venue. If you cannot then you should switch over to RF1 mode. Your ipad is likely loosing its connection due to wi-fi interference from other devices and not from the XDVs unless you are getting them very close to the dongle. I would recommend getting the dongle up in the air about 6-8 high by using a USB extension cable. You can get some idea of how much interference is in the room by using the scan function on the V75 receiver with no transmitters or the dongle turned on. In that case any interference from other sources will show up. If you see bars with all your transmitters turned off they are from residual wi-fi in the venue ( which I'm guessing is most of your problem) The best fix would be to switch to a 5g router and then you likely won't have any issues and the connection will be twice as fast.
-
Have you tried the unit again but in a different venue? With the transmitter turned off you should get no output from the receiver as there is a relay that shuts it off? Were you passing signal THROUGH the Korg tuner or just sending signal TO it? As I recall there is some issue with Korg tuners.

Not sure on the firmware version of my Relay G30

You have to check for the red bars with the transmitter turned off. -
Not sure on the firmware version of my Relay G30
dboomer replied to lachinelli's topic in Relay Digital Wireless
If you can't get a reed out of the firmware version your unit is running v1.x and will only run in RF1 mode. A better way to check for possible interference with a G30 is to turn on the receiver only and note the number of red LEDs you get in the RF ladder while switching channels. You will never get completely free channels but the ones that have the fewest red LEDs lit up will probably work the best. But even though you get red LEDs on that does NOT mean that the system will not work. It just means it will have shorter range. -
G50 and XD-V75 Power Supplies Interchangable?
dboomer replied to gjb1's topic in Relay Digital Wireless
Yes, they are the same supply. There are likely lots of other supplies that will work. They need to be able to supply 9 vdc @ 500ma. We do not test nor can we recommend 3rd party supplies however. -
I'm not quite certain what you are asking. A single push toggles the function from one state to the other. There is no need to continue to hold the button.

M20d Screen Freeze While Performing & Recording
dboomer replied to case67's topic in StageScape Mixer / StageSource Speakers
I asked if you had tried recording with a second card to try to rule out card failure. If you read the Amazon reviews you'll see about an 8% failure rate for this card. Cards fail sometimes and if it hits a bad spot the recording can crash. The mixer is capable of recording 20 tracks at once so you are not overloading it (assuming there is not a hardware failure, which is always possible) -

Warranty work on Line 6 products purchased outside the USA is handled by the distributor and not by Line 6 itself. So you will need to speak to the distributor. -
